New England Patriots –
Add a few high draft picks and suddenly last year's laughing stock of a defense looks pretty doggone good. Doesn't hurt that their offense applies plenty of pressure and their coach knows a thing or two about defense.

Buffalo Bills –
The Bills devoted plenty of offseason attention to their defense... and then gave up more points to the Jets than Gang Green had scored the entire preseason. Doesn't bode well, does it?
