Arian Foster, TexansMoving Down
Problematic hammy, questions at quarterback... it's rapidly turning into a lost season for Foster.

Ryan Mathews, ChargersMoving Up
Surprisingly effective as the lead dog in a Mathews/Woodhead committee. Still has a couple favorable matchups on the slate, too.

Chris Ivory, JetsMoving Up
Will clearly be the Jets' go-to back... at least until his next injury.

C.J. Spiller, BillsMoving Down
Consistently outperformed by Fred Jackson. And that "touches until he drops" limit is far fewer than fantasy owners were hoping for.

Lamar Miller, DolphinsMoving Down
Daniel Thomas was more effective last week, and Miller hasn't been effective most of the season. Guess that breakout season will have to wait.

Donald Brown, ColtsMoving Up
Split touches equally with Trent Richardson, plus he outgained him. Richardson's fumbleitis won't hurt Brown's prospects going forward, either.

Roy Helu, RedskinsMoving Up
Just when you thought we were free and clear of Shanahanigans, Helu

Brandon Jacobs, GiantsMoving Down
Bowed out of the MNF tilt with a bad hammy. Andre Brown and David Wilson will return soon, slamming Jacobs' window of opportunity shut.
