Jordy Nelson, PackersMoving Down
Tough to be an elite receiver when your quarterback options are Scott Tolzien, Matt Flynn, and John Skelton. Ask Larry Fitzgerald about that last one.

Marques Colston, SaintsMoving Up
Finally decided to show up as a WR1. Or maybe every time Drew Brees throws for 400 yards, Colston will have a decent game.

Steve Smith, PanthersMoving Down
There's a lid on his upside, one that's pressing firmly down from the 100 & 1 he used to deliver every once in a while.

Anquan Boldin, 49ersMoving Down
Mario Manningham is back, Michael Crabtree is on his way... and if Colin Kaepernick can't even throw for triple-digit yardage, it doesn't even matter.

Riley Cooper, EaglesMoving Up
Foles seems to have found his guy; as such, Cooper's fantasy value keeps climbing.

Kenny Stills, SaintsMoving Up
A home run threat in a Drew Brees offense is always a nice feature to have.

Tavon Austin, RamsMoving Up
Still only saw 15 snaps, but you have to believe the Rams will up that number to capitalize on his obvious explosiveness.

Cordarrelle Patterson, VikingsMoving Up
Like a larger version of Austin, with similar explosiveness and a team that needs to give him more opportunities.
