Dallas Cowboys LB Sean Lee (hamstring, neck) said Saturday, Jan. 18, that he is on the mend and that he does not 'anticipate any surgery' to repair the sprained ligament in his neck suffered in November. 'Neck's getting better,' he said. 'It's on its way. I should be ready to go. I think we'll evaluate it more as the year goes on or the next couple of months. But I should be ready for everything this offseason and be fine for next year.'
Huddle Up: Lee, who has 284 total tackles in 46 career games, is in the prime of his career but injuries have been the big question mark with the LB having missed 15 over the past 2 seasons.

Huddle Up: It's been a late-season nightmare for Lee's IDP owners as the play-making LB has missed 3 of the Cowboys' last 4 games. Now it sounds as if that turn into 5 of the last 6.

Dallas Cowboys LB Sean Lee (neck) looks like he will be able to play Week 15 even though he has been limited in practice the last two days.

Huddle Up: This is the best of news for Lee's IDP owners, who just saw the impact LB return in Week 14 after missing a month with hamstring issues. See if things keep trending for the better in practice this week.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said LB Sean Lee (hamstring) will return in Week 14.

Dallas Cowboys LB Sean Lee (hamstring) could return for the team's Week 13 game against the Oakland Raiders on Thursday, Nov. 28, but owner Jerry Jones also said that's being optimistic. It's more likely that he returns in Week 14 against the Chicago Bears on Monday, Dec. 9.
Huddle Up: Lee, the Cowboys' leader in interceptions (4) and tackles (93), has had more than 2 weeks of recovery time but can use the extra 11 days if he waits until Week 14.

Dallas Cowboys LB Sean Lee is regarded for his cerebral play and therefore could flourish the way former Chicago Bears LB Brian Urlacher did in the Tampa 2 defense being installed by new defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin, according to USA TODAY Sports' Nate Davis.
Huddle Up: Health is the operative word here. Lee's stock was definitely on the rise following a 103-tackle, 4-interception 2011 season, but an ailing toe limited the LB to only 6 contests a year ago.
