Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said the team sees WR Greg Salas as a slot receiver because he has experience at this position.
Huddle Up: Even with backup WRs Jason Avant ( out, hamstring) and Riley Cooper (knee, probable) banged up, Salas doesn't figure to see a whole lot of targets and is rosterable only in the deepest of deep leagues.

The New England Patriots acquired WR Greg Salas from the St. Louis Rams Saturday, Sept. 1, for a late-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, according to sources.
Huddle Up: At first glance, a curious move as Salas only averaged 9.8 yards per catch as a rookie last season and seems to be more of a possession receiver in the mold of current Pats Wes Welker and Julian Edelman. He could be an option on punt returns.
