T.Y. Hilton | WR | Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton recently fired his agent and re-hired Drew Rosenhaus, a move believed to precede a contract negotiation. He has outperformed his third-round rookie deal, and likely wants a new deal. The two sides have had negotiations, but it is unclear if the talks have moved forward.
Huddle Up: Hilton has led the Colts in receiving in each of the last two seasons -- including a career-best 82-1,345-7 stat line a year ago when he finished 10th among fantasy WRs -- and clearly has a case for a new deal. Whether it's forthcoming, though, is a key question as Indy has a mega-$$$ second contract to negotiate with a certain QB next season.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton could receive a contract extension this offseason.
Huddle Up: Over the last two seasons, Hilton ranks 13th among league WRs in receptions (164) and ninth in yards (2,428) and has clearly become Andrew Luck's most productive target in a pass-catching corps short on sure things -- so an extension would seem to be a matter of "when" and not "if."

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton changed agents recently, as he rehired Drew Rosenhaus after dismissing him back in June.
Huddle Up: If Rosenhaus is in the house, it must be approaching big-money time for Hilton.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton has been targeted the third most times (53) in the last three years in the playoffs, but his six drops are a league high in the playoffs in that span. Hilton dropped three passes last week in the wild-card playoff win over the Cincinnati Bengals while still managing to catch six passes for 103 yards.
Huddle Up: The drops are a concern for Hilton, but it didn't prevent Andrew Luck from going back to him in the wild card game last week. And considering Hilton's big-play potential when he does hang on to the ball, it doesn't project to be an issue going forward.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) is taking part in practice Tuesday, Dec. 23.
Huddle Up: Good sign that Hilton was able to get on the field after not practicing all week, and see if the progress continues the rest of the week.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) is expected to play in Week 17, according to head coach Chuck Pagano.
Huddle Up: Not having Hilton in Week 16 was a big loss for fantasy owners, but see if he'll be ready to go in this Sunday's regular-season finale.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) missed practice again Friday, Dec. 19, and RTV6's Mike Chappell is convinced that Hilton will not play in Week 16 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Hilton's prospects certainly appear dim after he was unable to do anything Friday, and if it comes down to a game-time decision, it'll be a late-afternoon announcement at that. Hakeem Nicks and rookie Donte Moncrief should both see a sizable uptick in looks should Hilton be sidelined.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) is not participating in practice Thursday, Dec. 18. He also sat out Wednesday.
Huddle Up: Friday will be the crucial day for Hilton who was injured in Sunday's win over the Texans.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) is not participating during the media-access portion of practice Wednesday, Dec. 17.
Huddle Up: No surprise at all with it being the Colts' first practice of the week. Hilton likely could receive another rest day Thursday before he tries to give it a full go in a Friday test run.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) had his MRI exam come back negative Monday, Dec. 15. The team is hoping that Hilton will be able to practice Wednesday, Dec. 17, or Thursday, Dec. 18. Hilton finished with four catches for 50 yards in Week 15 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Hilton, fantasy sixth-ranked WR, has been Andrew Luck's favorite target this season so see what he's able to do in practice this week. If he can't go, rookie Donte Moncrief would see a significant jump in value.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) left the Week 15 game against the Houston Texans due to a hamstring injury. After the game he had his left hamstring wrapped. 'I'll know more after I go get an MRI and talk with the doctors,' Hilton said Sunday, Dec. 14.
Huddle Up: Hilton has a strong matchup against Dallas next week. If he can't go, rookie Donte Moncrief would be an enticing plug and play for Fantasy Super Bowls.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton had nine catches for 223 yards and a touchdown in the matchup against the Houston Texans earlier this year, and he has 31 grabs for 611 yards and six touchdowns in five career games against them. Hilton has had at least 111 yards in three of the five games against the Texans, and he went for 78 yards in each of the other two contests. Other teams often provide help over the top against Hilton, but the Texans typically only use CB Johnathan Joseph on Hilton.
Huddle Up: Hilton is locked in as a WR1/2 for this week's matchup with the Texans.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton racked up six receptions for a game-high 155 yards and a touchdown in the Week 8 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Huddle Up: Hilton has stepped up as Indy's WR1, capitalizing on Andrew Luck's monster season and Pep Hamilton's willingness to turn the offense over to Luck and the passing game to put up big numbers. He and Donte Moncrief give the Colts and Luck a solid wide receiver tandem going forward.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton had nine catches on nine targets for a regular-season career-high 223 yards and a touchdown Thursday, Oct. 9.
Huddle Up: Hilton, who entered the game as the league's most-targeted player (50) without a TD catch, got going early and never stopped, finishing a single yard off Raymond Berry's regular-season franchise receiving-yard record for a single game. Hilton did have 224 yards in last season's wild wild-card win over the Chiefs, but now he also has a 200-yard regular-season game, with more sure to come with Andrew Luck throwing him passes.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 25.
Huddle Up: Hilton left the Colts' Week 2 win in the first half and didn't return, but he looks be fully on track to play Sunday.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (groin) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 24.
Huddle Up: Good sign that the wideout was at least able to get in some work after leaving the Week 3 game before halftime. See, though, if he can increase his practice load in the next few days.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton not only believes he's a No. 1 wide receiver, but adds teammates Reggie Wayne and Hakeem Nicks into that category as well.
Huddle Up: Hilton is right on in that Indy has had a sizable WR facelift over last season when Darrius Heyward-Bey, Da'Rick Rogers and Griff Whalen were all forced into more action than necessary. Hilton, Wayne and Nicks will vulture each other's fantasy value, but as a whole, it bodes very well for Andrew Luck's aerial outlook, and he should easily eclipse last season's totals of 3,822 passing yards and 23 TDs.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton returned to practice Friday, Aug. 1. Hilton is dealing with a jammed right index finger, which was wrapped.
Huddle Up: As expected, it looks to be non-issue for the big-play wideout.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton suffered a jammed finger during practice Wednesday, July 30.
Huddle Up: Hey, between the JUGS machine and taking throws from all the QBs, jammed fingers happen in camp. No report of any fractures, so Hilton should be fine.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (leg) fell to the ground and was clutching his right leg during workouts Wednesday, June 11, but he stretched out and eventually returned to practice. He said he was fine.
Huddle Up: Maybe Hilton was "LeBron-ing"? Either way, the Colts don't need another top receiver to go down as Reggie Wayne works his way back from the injury that prematurely ended his 2013. Sounds like Hilton is fine, so no worries in Indy.
