Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller says he is up to 225 pounds from his playing weight of 218 pounds last season.
Huddle Up: With 1,374 yards from scrimmage and nine rushing and receiving scores last season, Miller easily topped the totals from his first two seasons combined, and while it seems sensible for the RB to add a little extra bulk now that he's being counted on as man in Miami, he has to be careful not to take away from his valuable quickness.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, expressed frustration that his client is not being used enough in the offense. Miller has been receiving 10 to 12 carries per game, yet he's averaging 4.8 yards per carry this year. Miller's 12.4 carries per game ranks him 16th in the league. Also, the Dolphins have run the ball fewer than the previous game for three straight weeks now.
Huddle Up: Rosenhaus has a right to be upset. For some reason the Dolphins coaching staff refuses to let Miller be the team's feature back. This has been the case for two years now, despite the fact that Miller has proven to be the most talented runner on the team. Miller remains a RB2 for fantasy purposes but he's being held back by poor coaching.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (knee) practiced in full all week, and he's probable for Monday Night Football in Week 13.
Huddle Up: Miller will start and handle the bulk of the carries against the Jets. The Jets defense has been tough against the run this season but will be without Muhammad Wilkerson on Monday night.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder, knee) is expected to play in Week 12 unless he suffers a setback prior to the game, according to a source.
Huddle Up: Miller is now dealing with a knee injury but is expected to play on Sunday. However, the Miami/Denver game doesn't kickoff until 4:25 pm ET, so it's not an ideal situation for fantasy owners. Miller will be a RB2 in what should be a high-scoring game if he plays but he's a gamble for owners this week because of the late start. Daniel Thomas and Damien Williams will split touches if Miller is out.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder, knee) was limited in practice Friday, Nov. 21, and is listed as questionable for Week 12 against the Denver Broncos. Miller has been nursing a sore shoulder for the last three weeks, but he also recently suffered a knee injury in practice. RBs Damien Williams and Daniel Thomas will likely share the workload if Miller sits out. RB LaMichael James could also be activated for the first time this year.
Huddle Up: It looks like Miller's owners are facing a dreaded late-afternoon game-time decision Sunday so make plans now.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 12, and is listed as probable for Week 11 against the Buffalo Bills.
Huddle Up: Miller will be out there Thursday night, but there's still a question as to how much work he'll get after being limited to 5 touches in Week 10. Start him with caution against a tough Bills' D.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) was limited in practice for the second straight day Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Huddle Up: It's a short turnaround coming off Miller's limited workload (5 touches-6 yards) in Week 10, and it wouldn't be shocking to see Damien Williams and Daniel Thomas sharing in the RB chores Thursday night against the Bills. If you have Miller, weigh your fantasy starting options carefully.

Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) appears to be fine for Week 11 even though he was not able to finish the game in Week 10, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Miller isn't out of the woods yet. Even if he plays, there's no telling how many touches Miller will see. Owners will need to follow his status closely throughout the week.
Posted: 11/10/2014 2:05pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller's (shoulder) status for Week 11 is uncertain, because he was not able to finish the team's Week 10 due to his injured shoulder. Miller was limited to four carries and 10 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Miller was limited to just five touches on Sunday and the Dolphins signed LaMichael James off their practice squad. Miami plays on Thursday, so Miller should be considered highly questionable.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) will play Sunday, Nov. 9, in Week 10. However, he's expected to be limited.
Huddle Up: Miller will be active for the game but reports say Daniel Thomas and Damien Williams could also be involved on Sunday. Miller is a risky start this week but he should still be in your lineup assuming he's active.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 7, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.
Huddle Up: Miller was limited all week after leaving last Sunday's win over the Chargers and is a true question mark for the Week 10 contest in Detroit. His fantasy owners are likely going to have check back Sunday morning with the Huddle's Game-Day Inactives, Injuries and Weather report.
Posted: 11/6/2014 2:35pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) has been very limited during practice this week and his status for Week 10 is uncertain. RB Daniel Thomas and Damien Williams could receive bigger roles if Miller is limited during the game or is not able to play.
Huddle Up: Miller has been steady as fantasy's ninth-ranked RB, putting up double-digit fantasy points in six of eight games this season, but his fantasy owners need to have Thomas, Williams or another back at the ready this Sunday.

Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 5.
Huddle Up: Miller was at least able to do some work Wednesday, but the key will be being able to increase his workload throughout the week.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) was limited in practice Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Huddle Up: Fantasy's ninth-ranked RB is dealing with a shoulder stinger, and his owners are going to have to stay on top of the practice updates coming out of South Florida this week.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) has a good chance to play in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions.
Huddle Up: Miller suffered a separated shoulder in the win over San Diego, but all parties involved say he'll play this weekend. Daniel Thomas and Damien Williams would share the workload should Miller be unable to answer the bell in Week 10.
Posted: 11/3/2014 3:05pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) has an AC joint sprain and is day-to-day.
Huddle Up: Miler's availability for Sunday's game is up in the air. Some players have played through a shoulder sprain, while others have missed time. We'll know more about Miller's status later in the week. If Miller can't play against the Lions, Miami will turn to Daniel Thomas and Damien Williams. Neither is a very attractive fantasy option.

Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) will have an MRI on his shoulder after leaving the Week 9 game against the San Diego Chargers. He said Sunday, Nov. 2, that he could have returned, but he will need treatment to keep his grip strength and might miss some parts of practice, according to beat writer Armando Salguero. Miller struggled to pull a t-shirt over his head after his shower.
Huddle Up: Miller's injury isn't believed to be serious but will be updated Monday after his MRI. He'll remain a RB2 as long as he's healthy in Week 10.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller practiced with a brace on his right knee Tuesday, Oct. 21.
Huddle Up: Something to note, but it's certainly not a serious injury concern at the moment for the RB who has at least a TD and 67 total yards in each of his last 3 games.

Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (knee) was limited in practice for the third straight day Friday, Oct. 17, but is probable for Week 7 against the Chicago Bears.
Huddle Up: Miller has caused a little nervousness this week and could see his workload limited somewhat Sunday, but he remains the Dolphins' lead backfield dog and is a low-end RB1 option this week
Posted: 10/16/2014 9:58am et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (knee) was listed as a limited participant for practice Wednesday, Oct. 15, due to a knee ailment.
Huddle Up: The Dolphins are banking on Miller to handle their workload with Knowshon Moreno done for the season, so they'll rest him during the practice week and turn him loose this weekend.
Posted: 9/19/2014 9:22pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller said earlier this week that he is ready for the lead tailback role in Week 3, and with RB Knowshon Moreno (elbow) out, he will get his chance. Miller is averaging a career-best 4.8 yards per carry through the first two games.'I'm looking forward to it,' Miller said. 'Every running back wants the ball in their hands.'
Huddle Up: Miller finally gets his chance to be Miami's lead back and the Dolphins have very little depth behind him until Moreno returns. Miller is a RB2/ flex play for Week 3.
Posted: 9/18/2014 3:52pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (ankle) practiced for the third straight day Thursday, Sept. 18. Miller has a slight limp after spraining his ankle in the team's Week 2 game, but has not been on the injury report this week.
Huddle Up: Continued good news for Miller owners as the RB is in line to get the majority of work Sunday with Knowshon Moreno out with a dislocated elbow.
Posted: 9/18/2014 10:02am et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (ankle) was not on the team's injury report Wednesday, Sept. 17.
Huddle Up: This is notable, and good news, because Miller needs to pick up the slack left by Knowshon Moreno's absence. A healthy Miller likely means a heavily-loaded Miller this weekend.
Posted: 9/15/2014 3:20pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (ankle) left the Week 2 game against the Buffalo Bills in a walking boot Sunday, Sept. 14, and his status for Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs isn't known.
Huddle Up: Knowshon Moreno is already out, so Miller would be the main back on Sunday. If he can't can't go, Damien Williams is next in line.

Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller (ankle) left the Week 2 game against the Buffalo Bills due to an ankle injury, although it is not considered serious.
Huddle Up: Miller moves into the lead back role with Knowshon Moreno sidelined 4-8 weeks with a dislocated elbow. Miller will be an RB2 flex play option next week against Kansas City.
Posted: 7/27/2014 11:33pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller will be used much like Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy was last season. That means he should see quite a few passes headed his way. He'll have to hold off Knowshon Moreno (knee), but Miller seems to be clearly in the lead in the backfield.
Huddle Up: Miller had 100 fantasy points on 203 offensive touches, including 26 receptions, last season to finish 38th among all NFL RBs, and with Moreno sure to carve out a role once he gets healthy, it's hard to envision Miller getting that many more opportunities this fall.
Posted: 6/5/2014 7:48pm et
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller has been taking a lot of the first- team reps during offseason workouts, with RB Knowshon Moreno working mostly with the second-team offense. Head coach Joe Philbin indicated Moreno's conditioning should be better.
Huddle Up: Miller had 137 fewer fantasy points than Moreno in 2013, but it sounds like Moreno didn't exactly report to OTAs prepared. It's still way too early, though, to make any sort of definitive calls here, however.
