Seattle Seahawks DE Bruce Irvin has been converted to outside linebacker. Irvin is suspended the first four games after allegedly testing positive for Adderall. He'll be one of the team's primary rushers on third down when he returns.
Huddle Up: Irvin is a pass rusher; officially listing him as a linebacker doesn't much change his game. It does, however, tweak his IDP value.

Seattle Seahawks LB Bruce Irvin is ready for the first start of his NFL career in the Divisional Round playoff game against the Atlanta Falcons Sunday, Jan. 13. He set a franchise rookie record with eight sacks this season. He'll not only be called upon to continue pressuring the quarterback, but he'll need to help stop the run, too.
Huddle Up: The rookie will be counted on in a big way Sunday with the team's leading sacker, Chris Clemons, being lost to a knee injury in the wild-card round. The Falcons haven't been an especially effective running team, but they'll be sure to test Irvin with some traps, draws and power runs to his side of the field.
