Alabama WR Calvin Ridley was given to the Chicago Bears in the first 2018 mock draft by ESPN NFL draft analyst Mel Kiper. Ridley is widely considered the top wide receiver available in the 2018 draft class.
Huddle Up: Ridley to Chicago is about as logical of a fit as any player to any team this year. The Bears are hurting badly at the wide receiver position and need a talented playmaker that young quarterback Mitchell Trubisky can look to. Additionally, Chicago picks early enough (No. 8) to take Ridley ahead of other prospective teams. If this pick does come to fruition, Ridley would gain immediate fantasy relevance as Chicago's most talented pass-catcher.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole had just one catch for 45 yards in the fourth quarter of the AFC Divisional Round playoff game Sunday, Jan. 14, against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Huddle Up: Cole has big-play ability, but Blake Bortles did not find him until late. He is a risky play in standard fantasy formats in the regular season, but he is a decent mid-tier DFS option with some upside heading into the AFC Championship Game against the Patriots next week.

If Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur gets hired as a head coach by a club in desperate need of a quarterback, QB Case Keenum could join the same team, according to multiple league sources. Keenum will be a free agent at the end of the season.
Huddle Up: Shurmur has received interest from the Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions and New York Giants thus far, with the Cardinals and Giants possessing the most unstable quarterback situations. Keenum has played at a high level this year and could be viewed as a low-end QB1 in fantasy leagues next season depending on where he lands.

Penn State RB Saquon Barkley may be the early target for the Indianapolis Colts with their No. 3 overall draft pick. Owner Jim Irsay hinted that pairing QB Andrew Luck with a solid running back would make Indianapolis a 'special place to be and a special place to play.'
Huddle Up: The Colts have many needs, and running back is one of them with Frank Gore turning 35 years old next summer. They drafted Marlon Mack last year and he has shown glimpses of good upside, but Barkley is an instant game-changer and has franchise running back written all over him. Time will tell if Irsay is blowing smoke or if the Colts really do want Barkley.

Penn State RB Saquon Barkley announced Sunday, Dec. 31, that he plans to declare for the 2018 NFL Draft.
Huddle Up: The do-it-all back is the early favorite to be the top pick in rookie drafts, and he has the skills to put up RB1 numbers immediately in the right situation.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole (quadriceps) was a full participant in practice Friday, Dec. 29, and he was removed from the Week 17 injury report.
Huddle Up: Cole has recorded at least 99 receiving yards in each of his last three games, and with Marqise Lee ruled out in Week 17, Cole looks like a quality WR3 against the Tennessee Titans.

Posted: 12/28/2017 2:25pm et
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole (quadriceps) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 28.
Huddle Up: Cole suffered the injury last week and appears to have a chance to play in Week 17. He has posted back-to-back 100-yard games and has three touchdowns in the last four games. He would be a solid No. 3 receiver if he is able to play.

Posted: 12/27/2017 4:11pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) took part in a full practice session Wednesday, Dec. 27.
Huddle Up: Ekeler was active in Week 16 but he did not see any offensive snaps. There is opportunity for someone to step up with Melvin Gordon (ankle) in doubt for the finale, but it might be Branden Oliver, not Ekeler, stepping up into a big role.

Posted: 12/27/2017 3:54pm et
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole (quadriceps) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Dec. 27.
Huddle Up: Cole has been a surprise performer over the past couple of games, taking advantage of injuries to others at the wide receiver position. Whether or not Allen Hurns (ankle) and WR Marqise Lee (ankle) can play, it's hard to imagine Cole's role shrinks after his big production lately.

Posted: 12/24/2017 8:12pm et
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole posted six receptions for a team-high 108 yards on 13 targets in Week 16 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Huddle Up: Cole had his second consecutive big game, taking advantage of injuries to Allen Hurns and Marqise Lee. He certainly looks like someone who should have a role heading into 2018, but remember Allen Robinson, Dede Westbrook, Hurns and Lee will all be jockeying for targets.

Posted: 12/24/2017 4:26pm et
Detroit Lions RB Tion Green ran seven times for 43 yards and a touchdown in Week 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Huddle Up: Green averaged a robust 6.1 yards per attempt. A star is born? Well, it's still early to say, but with the team eliminated from the playoffs they could lean upon Green heavily in Week 17 to see what they have.

Posted: 12/24/2017 9:28am et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) is officially active for the team's Week 16 game.
Huddle Up: Ekeler is expected to be limited to special teams work because of his broken hand and should be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

Posted: 12/23/2017 9:46pm et
Green Bay Packers WR Michael Clark caught three passes on nine targets for a team-high 36 yards in a 16-0 loss to Minnesota Vikings in Week 16. The nine targets also tied a team high.
Huddle Up: Clark was playing in his first game of the year, but with Davante Adams out and Jordy Nelson leaving early, he was thrust into a major role. If Adams and Nelson remain sidelined for the finale, Clark could be a DFS lottery ticket.

Posted: 12/22/2017 5:47pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) will be a game-time decision for the team's Week 16 game.
Huddle Up: Ekeler is dealing with a broken hand, so he may not receive a lot of touches if he is active for the game. Owners probably should keep Ekeler on the bench and use other options.

Posted: 12/22/2017 3:20pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) practiced in full Friday, Dec. 22, but he is still listed as questionable for Week 16 against the New York Jets.
Huddle Up: Ekeler has been limited to single-digit total touch counts over the past five games, and he hasn't found the end zone in each of the past four outings. He remains a very risky fantasy play for Week 16 due to his lack of touches lately.

Posted: 12/21/2017 2:55pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 21.
Huddle Up: Ekeler probably will not be able a big factor in the offense because of his broken hand, so owners should look for other options for their lineups.

Posted: 12/20/2017 5:26pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 20.
Huddle Up: Ekeler may be active for the Week 16 game, but it is not known what he can do on offense with a broken hand. Owners in all leagues should be able to find other options to use in their lineups.

Posted: 12/19/2017 8:15am et
Detroit Lions RB Tion Green faces the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16, which have allowed the most fantasy points to the position in the last five weeks.
Huddle Up: Green usurped Ameer Abdullah last week, but there's no guarantee he remains ahead of him. However, Theo Riddick's (wrist) status is unknown, and he has a history of wrist problems. The matchup and Riddick's questionable health make Green worth the pickup for a potential flex play.

Posted: 12/18/2017 2:01pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) could still play this week despite his broken hand, according to head coach Anthony Lynn.
Huddle Up: We'll have to see how Ekeler progresses this week, but he'll likely be wearing a cast or protective covering if he does play. He's been a pleasant PPR surprise in 2017, but have someone like Kapri Bibbs ready to pick up if needed.

Posted: 12/17/2017 7:36pm et
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Jaydon Mickens posted four receptions for 61 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Week 15 game against the Houston Texans on five targets.
Huddle Up: Mickens has been a standout on special teams, but this was his first chance to stand out as a receiver with Allen Hurns out and Marqise Lee checking out early. He and Keelan Cole stepped up and look like legitimate fantasy targets heading into Week 16 if Hurns and Lee are sidelined.

Posted: 12/17/2017 7:35pm et
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole posted seven receptions for 186 yards and a touchdown on nine targets in Week 15 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Cole had been coming along nicely in the past two games, posting six grabs for 148 yards with a touchdown in each game, but no one thought he would make like Antonio Brown and exploded for a huge stat line. He'll be a popular pick-up off the waiver wire in Week 16.

Posted: 12/17/2017 2:16pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones finished with just two receptions for 11 yards on six targets in Week 15 against the Washington Redskins.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones had an amazing two-week stretch with 127 yards and three touchdowns to burst onto the scene. But just as quickly as he emerged, he has disappeared. He has just five grabs for 75 yards and no scores over the past three weeks and shouldn't be trusted for fantasy purposes at this juncture.

Posted: 12/17/2017 2:16pm et
Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson hauled in a 46-yard reception on his only catch on three targets in Week 15 against the Washington Redskins.
Huddle Up: Nelson doesn't get enough catches to make him worth using in most standard fantasy leagues, but he has a lot of big-play potential making him a useful option in specialty leagues rewarding longer plays and scores.

Posted: 12/17/2017 9:30am et
Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) suffered a broken hand during the team's Week 15 game and will miss the rest of the 2017 season, according to a source.
Huddle Up: Melvin Gordon will receive most of the work at running back in the last two games of the season and should be a No. 2 running back or flex option in both games.

Posted: 12/16/2017 8:09pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hand) suffered a hand injury against the Kansas City Chiefs Saturday, Dec. 16, and is questionable to return.
Huddle Up: If Ekeler's injury turns out to be serious, it will mean even more touches for the already busy Melvin Gordon.

Posted: 12/16/2017 5:55pm et
Detroit Lions RB Tion Green carried 10 times for 35 yards in a win over the Chicago Bears in Week 15.
Huddle Up: With Ameer Abdullah largely ineffective, Green is picking up some slack. However, he needs to be the main No. 1 force many thought possible. With Theo Riddick still getting touches, Green's effectiveness drops.

Posted: 12/11/2017 5:17am et
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole had three catches for 99 yards and a touchdown Sunday, Dec. 10, against the Seattle Seahawks. He led all receivers in yards in the game.
Huddle Up: Cole has scored two weeks in a row, but he has just six targets combined the last two weeks. He's on the fringe of a waiver pickup.

Posted: 12/10/2017 8:13pm et
Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson was held to two grabs for 26 yards on three targets in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans.
Huddle Up: Nelson is a big-play receiver with some fantasy value in leagues rewarding longer touchdown, but he doesn't see enough touches to warrant usage outside of the deepest standard leagues.

Posted: 12/10/2017 8:10pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones was limited to one reception for 20 yards on three targets in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones had been humming along with a three scores in two games from Week 11 and Week 12, but he has just three grabs for 64 yards over the past two games with no touchdowns. After emerging as a sleeper tight end in deeper fantasy leagues, he is back to TE2 status in most formats again.

Posted: 12/10/2017 7:09pm et
Detroit Lions RB Tion Green rushed five times for 15 yards in Week 14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Huddle Up: Green was up with Ameer Abdullah on the shelf and he was working as the primary backup to Theo Riddick. However, he still has very minimal fantasy appeal unless something also happens to Riddick.

Posted: 12/8/2017 4:15pm et
Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson (knee) was limited in practice Friday, Dec. 8, and he is listed as questionable for the Week 14 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Huddle Up: Nelson has two or fewer catches in each of the past seven games, and he hasn't scored a touchdown in 10 consecutive outings. He has some fantasy appeal due to his big-play ability, but keep him on the bench since he is uncertain to play.

Posted: 12/6/2017 4:33pm et
Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 6.
Huddle Up: Nelson has been held to two or fewer catches in each of the last seven games and has gone 10 games without a touchdown. He has some value because of his big-play ability but can be benched if owners have better options.

Posted: 12/3/2017 8:50pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones finished with two receptions for 44 yards on five targets in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Huddle Up: While Seals-Jones was held out of the end zone for the first time in three outings, he has emerged as a decent low-end TE1 in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. He really seems to have a nice rapport with Blaine Gabbert.

Posted: 12/3/2017 7:33pm et
Detroit Lions RB Tion Green carried 11 times for 51 yards and a touchdown in a 44-20 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 13.
Huddle Up: Green played well his NFL debut, but he doesn't need to be added unless Ameer Abdullah is going to remain sidelined in Week 14.

Posted: 12/3/2017 7:22pm et
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole finished with three receptions, 49 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts for his first NFL score.
Huddle Up: Despite the score the rookie from Kentucky Wesleyan is still battling Marqise Lee and Dede Westbrook for targets, so he isn't a recommended fantasy option outside of the very, very deepest of leagues.

Posted: 12/3/2017 4:51pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler rushed four times for 19 yards in Week 13 against the Cleveland Browns and he added two receptions for 21 yards on three targets.
Huddle Up: Ekeler has been a decent RB3 or flex fantasy play in leagues of 12 or more teams, but he'll likely need something to happen to Melvin Gordon before he is a fantasy must-start across the board.

Posted: 12/1/2017 3:36pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (rest) practiced in full for a second straight day Friday, Dec. 1, and he was removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 13 game with the Los Angeles Rams.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones has quickly emerged as a low-end TE1 with three touchdowns over the past two games. He should see a solid amount of targets, especially if Troy Niklas (back, knee) cannot play.

Posted: 11/30/2017 5:03pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 30.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones has received a solid role in the passing game over the last few weeks and should see a decent amount of targets again this week. He can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Posted: 11/29/2017 4:59pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 29.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones likely will be ready to play in Week 13, but owners should monitor the situation. He has recorded 126 yards and three touchdowns over the last two games and appears to have a solid role in the passing game. He could be a low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Posted: 11/26/2017 8:43pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones posted four receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown in the Week 12 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones didn't even have a catch until a week ago, now he is looking like a fantasy sensation. He has three touchdowns over the past two weeks and led the team in receiving yardage in this win. Apparently he and Blaine Gabbert worked together when the quarterback was a backup, as they have a nice rapport. Seals-Jones should probably only be trusted as a TE2, but the past two weekends he has performed like a TE1. If you're desperate for a TE, he isn't a bad add off the waiver wire.

Posted: 11/24/2017 4:09pm et
Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson (chest) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 24, and is not on the injury report for Week 12.
Huddle Up: Nelson has a chance to see more targets this week with John Brown out of the lineup. Nelson has been fairly quiet over the last month and has been targeted at least five time in only one of the last five games. Owners probably can find better options for their lineups.

Posted: 11/23/2017 5:43pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler caught three passes for 55 yards against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 12. He also rushed for 15 yards on six carries against the game.
Huddle Up: Ekeler has been involved in the running and passing game over the last few months and will continue to receive a decent amount of touches each game. He has a chance to be a flex option in deeper leagues next week because of the matchup.

Posted: 11/23/2017 12:13pm et
Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson (chest) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 23.
Huddle Up: Nelson appears to have a solid chance to play in Week 12 as long as he does not suffer a setback over the next few days. He has been held to under 20 yards in each of the last three games and can be avoided this week against a tough matchup.

Posted: 11/19/2017 8:02pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler rushed six times for 40 yards and a touchdown in Week 11 against the Buffalo Bills and he added two receptions for 18 yards.
Huddle Up: Ekeler has been carving out a nice little role for himself recently, although Melvin Gordon still continues to be the unquestioned No. 1 back. Still, Ekeler has proven he can be relied upon as an RB3 or flex fantasy option. The Chargers meet the Cowboys on Thanksgiving in Week 12.

Posted: 11/19/2017 6:05pm et
Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones posted three receptions for 54 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 11 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: The former standout at Texas A&M will certainly be gaining attention from fantasy owners heading into Week 12 against the Jaguars. Still, he is more of a wait-and-see option than someone to plug into the starting lineup despite the two scores.

Posted: 11/12/2017 7:05pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler ran 10 times for 42 yards and a fumble and caught five passes for 77 yards and two touchdowns in a 20-17 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 10.
Huddle Up: It's too soon to call Ekeler the next Danny Woodhead for the Chargers' offense, but his usage is creeping up, and he could have flex value in PPR formats going forward. He needs to be owned in almost all leagues at this point.

Posted: 10/23/2017 7:05am et
Updating an earlier report, Houston Texans OT Duane Brown is unlikely to be traded, and he'll be available to play for the final 10 games.
Huddle Up: Brown's return only improves rookie sensation Deshaun Watson's fantasy potential the rest of the way. He is the highest-scoring quarterback over the last five weeks. He'll be a midrange QB1 option against the Seattle Seahawks next week.

Posted: 10/22/2017 8:20pm et
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler rushed seven times for 38 yards in Week 7 against the Denver Broncos and he added four receptions for six yards and a score.
Huddle Up: Ekeler picked up the slack with Melvin Gordon struggling a bit against Denver's front seven. The rookie is pretty shifty and appears to be someone head coach Anthony Lynn wants to incorporate much into the plan, sort of like a poor man's Danny Woodhead. However, as long as Gordon is healthy then Ekeler's fantasy ceiling is rather limited.

Posted: 10/22/2017 7:16pm et
Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant posted seven receptions for 63 yards and a touchdown in Week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers on a game-high 10 targets in Week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers. He tied 'Bullet' Bob Hayes for most touchdowns by a receiver in franchise history.
Huddle Up: Bryant hasn't had a dominant season, as he has failed to go for 100 yards in each of his six outings. However, he has found the end zone in each of the past two games and four of the past five. He remains a solid WR2 in all fantasy leagues heading into Week 8 against the Redskins.

Posted: 10/22/2017 5:14pm et
Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson racked up two catches for 35 yards on five targets in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London.
Huddle Up: Nelson rebounded after getting blanked last week. Still, he hasn't found the end zone since Week 2 and remains nothing more than a WR4 or WR5 heading into Week 9 after the team's bye.
