Cleveland Browns QB Jason Campbell (concussion) will start in Week 14 against the New England Patriots after being cleared from his concussion suffered in Week 12. Campbell had two good days of practice, according to head coach Rob Chudzinski. Campbell will be listed as probable on the official injury report. The backup quarterback duties will fall to either QBs Caleb Hanie or Alex Tanney.
Huddle Up: This is good news for those in deep leagues looking for a QB in a pinch, but it's better news for Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron owners who were dreading having Hanie or Tanney at the helm Sunday in Foxborough.

Cleveland Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski said QB Jason Campbell (concussion) has been cleared for activity, but has not been cleared to return to practice Monday, Dec. 2.
Huddle Up: Hopefully Campbell can go if Brandon Weeden can't, because Alex Tanney is next in line. That could be disastrous for Josh Gordon owners.

Cleveland Browns QB Jason Campbell (concussion), LB Tank Carder (shoulder) and LB Craig Robertson (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 28. TE MarQueis Gray (hamstring), DE Armonty Bryant (back) and CB Buster Skrine (ribs) were limited during practice. WR Joshua Cooper (illness), OT Mitchell Schwartz (toe), LB Paul Kruger (finger) and P Spencer Lanning (knee) fully participated in practice.
Huddle Up: Brandon Weeden has already been named the Browns' starter for the Week 13 game against the Jaguars as Campbell missed his second straight day of practice. It shouldn't affect the fantasy value of the Browns' top pass-catchers one way or the other.

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns QB Jason Campbell (concussion) is reportedly feeling much better Sunday, Nov. 24, night after being knocked out of the Week 12 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers earlier in the day.
Huddle Up: If he's officially diagnosed with a concussion, Campbell will have to jump through the league-mandated hoops to return to action. Meanwhile, Brandon Weeden holds down the Cleveland starting gig.

Cleveland Browns QB Jason Campbell (ribs) said he could definitely play if the team had a game this week, but is still happy the team has a bye week. 'If we had a game Sunday, I'd definitely play,' Campbell said.

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns QB Jason Campbell (ribs) had X-rays on his ribs after the Week 9 game against the Baltimore Ravens. He left the game briefly, but was able to return and finish the win. The X-ray results will likely be announced Monday, Nov. 4. Campbell doesn't believe his ribs are broken.
Huddle Up: He did just fine after the injury. It looks like the Browns have new life with an old starter. Jason Campbell's main beneficiary was Greg Little this week, but hopefully he can get the other big fantasy names involved.

Cleveland Browns QB Jason Campbell will start in Week 8 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Huddle Up: Brandon Weeden was awful last week, necessitating the change. The key, as far as fantasy owners are concerned, is for Campbell to keep feeding Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron.

The Cleveland Browns signed free-agent QB Jason Campbell (Bears) to a two-year contract Tuesday, March 26. Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Huddle Up: Add the well-traveled Campbell to the Cleveland QB mix, which already included holdovers Brandon Weeden, Colt McCoy and Thaddeus Lewis -- all of whom took snaps for the Browns last season.

Free-agent QB Jason Campbell (Bears) has received interest from the Chicago Bears, New York Jets and Cleveland Browns this offseason.
Huddle Up: Campbell, who could be playing for his fourth team in five years if he leaves Chicago, is most interested in finding a situation where he has a chance to start, and the Browns and Jets definitely present the best opportunities on the above list.
