Bryce Brown | RB | Buffalo Bills

Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown was praised by head coach Doug Marrone, who said he thought he could be a starter in the league. Brown had 64 yards on 11 carries in the first preseason game. 'I think, in my mind Bryce Brown is a very talented running back that has the potential to start in the NFL,' Marrone said. 'So I think what happens a lot, when he is in the game I think he is one of the better players on the field. So, his production is not surprising for any one of us.'
Huddle Up: Brown is listed as fourth on the depth chart behind C.J. Spiller, Fred Jackson and Anthony Dixon but that's a bit misleading. If something were to happen to Spiller or Jackson, Brown would be the beneficiary. Also, there's a chance neither of those two are on the Bills' roster in 2015, so Brown could be Buffalo's starting running back next season. Brown has a shot to contribute this year with injuries and he's also a great stash in dynasty leagues.

Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown is the only one of the team's top backs that is currently under contract for 2015, and ESPN Bills reporter Mike Rodak believes the team wants him to settle into a regular role.
Huddle Up: So you mean the annual C.J. Spiller-Fred Jackson RBBC might not vex fantasy owners past this season???

Updating previous reports, the conditional draft choice the Philadelphia Eagles will receive from the Buffalo Bills in the RB Bryce Brown trade will either be a 2015 fourth-round draft choice, a 2016 third-round draft choice or a 2016 fourth round draft choice. The pick will depend on how San Francisco 49ers WR Stevie Johnson performs since the Bills traded the pick they received in that trade to the Eagles.
Huddle Up: Brown's presence only muddles an already muddled fantasy RB situation even further with C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson vying for touches.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Bryce Brown has a goal to start in the 2014 season. 'That's obviously a goal of mine going into next year. I think I can,' Brown said. 'That's what I'm going to be working toward, whether I'm here or I'm somewhere else.'
Huddle Up: Brown obviously isn't going to start in Philadelphia with LeSean McCoy entrenched at the top at the depth chart. Now with Chris Polk looking like he's passed Brown as the Eagles' No. 2 back, Brown could very well be traded in the offseason.
