Buffalo Bills TE Scott Chandler is scheduled make $1.25 million next season and $1.95 million in 2015. The deal also included a $1.2 million signing bonus.
Huddle Up: Chandler's targets, catches and yardage have increased each of the past 3 seasons, and he's a TE2 after a 53-655-2 performance this past fall.

Buffalo Bills TE Scott Chandler (knee) continues to be held out of team drills, as he recovers from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Head coach Doug Marrone said the team has built in rest days for Chandler, who had surgery in January.
Huddle Up: Chandler has some promise at tight end, but don't count on him early this season. There's a good chance he will wind up on the PUP list to start the season, and he was always a boom-or-bust prospect (that busted more often than not) anyway.

Buffalo Bills TE Scott Chandler said he will be ready for the start of training camp but believes he may need to sit out a practice every few days as a precaution. He said he is not sure if his conditioning will be ready for the team's fast-paced offense at this point but will be able to get in better shape during camp.
Huddle Up: Chandler's 2013 season ended prematurely due to a knee injury, and he's been limited in offseason workouts as well. He notes that his conditioning (or lack thereof) may prevent him from full work with the new high-tempo offense, but because of his limitations he's also missed much of the installation of that offense as well. If that slows the start to his season Chandler may lose what limited fantasy value he has: eight of his 12 touchdowns over the past two year have come in the first month of the season.

Buffalo Bills TE Scott Chandler (knee) is expected to be ready for the start of the regular season at this point.
Huddle Up: Chandler tore an ACL in Week 16 last December, cutting short a season in which he hit career highs in receptions (43), receiving yards (571) and receiving TDs (6). Amid all their roster upheaval this offseason, which includes hiring a new coach and releasing starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Bills haven't addressed the TE position, leaving Chandler as the projected starter for the third straight year.
