Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson (knee) could miss some of the team's offseason workouts but should be close to 100 percent by the time training camp begins.
Huddle Up: Don't forget about Gibson, who got off to a hot 2013 start and led the 'Fins with 29 receptions through the first 5 games. His healthy return gives Ryan Tannehill a solid trio of wideouts to throw to.

The Miami Dolphins placed WR Brandon Gibson (knee) on the season-ending Injured Reserve Tuesday, Oct. 29. He had 30 catches for 326 yards and three touchdowns this season.
Huddle Up: Tough break for Gibson who had been coming on fast with three TD catches in the Dolphins' past 2 games. Moving on, though, this spells more targets for Mike Wallace, Brian Hartline and Rishard Matthews.

Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson (knee) tore his patella tendon in the team's Week 8 game and will be out for the rest of the season. Gibson will have surgery Monday, Oct. 28.
Huddle Up: This is a brutal injury for Gibson, who was coming on as a reliable receiver this season. Hopefully he can come back stronger. If you happened to pick him up, he is now droppable in redraft formats.

Updating previous reports, Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson (knee) is believed to have torn his patella tendon.
Huddle Up: The Dolphins were worried they might lose Gibson for the season, and if these reports are true that may very well be the case. Mike Wallace, Brian Hartline, and Charles Clay would pick up the slack, with Rishard Matthews stepping into Gibson's third receiver role.

Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson (knee) is likely will miss the rest of the season based on the initial diagnosis on his injured knee.
Huddle Up: This is an unfortunate blow to a Dolphins offense that was relying on Gibson more and more, it seemed. After Gibson left the game, Miami's offense sputtered. That may have been more coincidence than anything, but Gibson did catch Miami's first touchdown of the game before exiting. Wait for official word to drop him, but he is likely done.

Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 27.
Huddle Up: Brian Hartline (18 receptions-238 yards-2 TDs) and Mike Wallace (12-152-1) are the bigger fantasy names but don't forget about Gibson (14-137), especially if one of the top 2 wideouts should go down.

Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson has been working as a slot receiver during organized team activities. Gibson believes he can play the position because he can run all of the routes and get separation.
Huddle Up: The Dolphins spent a bunch of money to upgrade their passing game this offseason and are expecting big things from second-year quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Having a reliable and productive slot guy would certainly help, and Gibson won't be the opposing defense's primary concern so he should have plenty of room to operate. Still, the third option on a team that has yet to offer much in the passing game is a late-round fantasy flier at best.

Miami Dolphins WRs Brandon Gibson and Armon Binns are expected to compete for the No. 3 wide receiver job during offseason workouts and training camp.
Huddle Up: Gibson, who hit career highs with 691 receiving yards and 5 TDs with the Rams last season, would seem at first glance to be the odds-on favorite over Binns, who has 24 career receptions, but neither figures to set the fantasy world afire playing behind Mike Wallace and Brian Hartline in one of the league's lesser-regarded passing attacks.
