New York Giants TE Brandon Myers said he played the entire 2012 season with a sprained shoulder. Myers said he will be at full strength once the offseason workouts begin.
Huddle Up: Good news for the Giants after Myers didn't miss a game and finished fourth among all TEs with 79 receptions despite the injury.

The New York Giants have agreed to terms with free-agent TE Brandon Myers. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Myers, coming off a quietly productive season in Oakland, will replace the departed Martellus Bennett in what has been a relatively productive role for the Giants. Myers may be the best pass-catcher the team has had at the tight end position in some time, so he could provide an uptick on the numbers Bennett produced last season.

The Philadelphia Eagles might be interested in free-agent TE Brandon Myers (Raiders). He managed eight drops last season, though, which is a negative, although he was targeted 105 times.
Huddle Up: The Eagles reportedly also are interested in fellow FA TEs Jared Cook and Delanie Walker, but neither was as straight-up productive last season as Myers, who finished fourth among all TEs with 79 catches.

The Oakland Raiders are not expected to use their franchise tag on any of their free agents this offseason. Impending free-agent TE Brandon Myers and LB Philip Wheeler could be options if the team decides to use the tag.
Huddle Up: While the Raiders certainly hope to see Myers and Wheeler on their 2013 roster, neither player really is worth a franchise deal.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (shoulder) practiced in full Friday, Dec. 28, and is probable for Week 17.
Huddle Up: The question is, though, will Myers do anything Sunday??? Ever since a season-best 14-130 and a TD in Week 13, the TE has caught all of 6 passes for 32 yards and no scores. And with untested QB Terrelle Pryor getting the start, don't look for any kind of grand finale.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers caught only one pass for 7 yards Thursday night in a 26-13 Week 14 loss to the Denver Broncos.
Huddle Up: Myers, the team's leading receiver and the third-leading pass catcher among all NFL TEs entering the week, picked the wrong time to lay a fantasy egg, coming up with his worst performance of the season in the opening week of the fantasy playoffs for many. Even worse, it came against a Broncos' defense which entered the contest as the league's third worst against opposing fantasy TEs. With WRs Rod Streater (4 catches for 100 yards) and Darrius Heyward-Bey (5-82, TD), leading the Raiders in receiving, Myers only was targeted 2 times and frequently was called on to help out with pass protection against the Broncos' strong pass rush.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (shoulder) practiced in full Friday, Nov. 23, and is probable for Week 12.
Huddle Up: Despite 19 catches, 171 yards and 3 TDs over his past 3 games, Myers still is flying relatively low on a number of fantasy radars. If your TE is among the many who have underwhelmed this season, definitely pick up and plug Myers into your lineup.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (shoulder, concussion) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 16, and is listed as probable for Week 11.
Huddle Up: Myers cleared his concussion test Thursday and followed that up with a full practice Friday. He trails WR Denarius Moore in the Raiders' target rankings (68-57) but is pacing the team with 44 receptions.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (concussion) posted five receptions for 57 yards in Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens. Myers was forced out of the game due to a concussion.
Huddle Up: Myers had at least 5 catches for the fourth time in his past 5 games, but the concussion definitely is troubling as it is his second of the season. The TE's status for Week 11 looks iffy at the moment, but monitor his progress throughout the week.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is probable for the team's Week 10 game.
Huddle Up: It looks like one of fantasy's most unheralded TEs will be good to go against the Ravens.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (knee) practiced in full Wednesday, Oct. 24.
Huddle Up: Those looking for bye-week or injury-replacement help at TE could do a lot worse than the under-appreciated Myers, who leads the Raiders in receptions (28) and yards (334). He has yet to catch a TD pass this season, but some will undoubtedly start coming his way if his current volume continues.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (concussion) passed all the concussion tests, and he is cleared to play in Week 4. Myers participated in practice Friday, Sept. 28, without any apparent setbacks. Myers still is listed as questionable for the game, but he will start.
Huddle Up: With Darrius Heyward-Bey, the Raiders' top WR, all but guaranteed to be sidelined Sunday after suffering his own concussion in Week 3, having Myers is a boost for QB Carson Palmer and the Raiders' passing game. Other than RB Darren McFadden (17 catches), Myers has the most receptions on the squad with 15 in 3 games.

Oakland Raiders TE Brandon Myers (shoulder) had tests on his shoulder Saturday, Aug. 11, and they revealed no structural damage.
Huddle Up: Recognizable name or not, Myers is the Raiders' starting tight end, and the team is counting on him for run blocking and keeping defenses somewhat honest in the middle of field. His backups (Richard Gordon, David Ausberry & Kyle Efaw) are even more unknown and unproven, so any time missed by Myers is going to have ripple effects throughout the whole offense.
