Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed free-agent TE Brandon Myers (Giants), who will receive $4 million on his 2-year deal with the team, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Myers' 1-year run with the Giants was a disappointment with 47 catches, 522 yards and 4 TDs, and now he'll be part of a two-TE tandem in Tampa with second-year player Timothy Wright, who finished second on the team with 54 grabs for 571 yards and 5 scores.

The New York Giants could be interested in re-signing free-agent TE Brandon Myers if the contract is cheap enough. The team likely will look in free agency and the draft to see if they can improve at tight end.
Huddle Up: Myers finished 2013 as a low-end TE2 with 47 receptions for 522 yards and 4 TDs, and after losing Martellus Bennett last offseason, there's a good chance the G-Men will look to keep the TE around.

The New York Giants are not expected to re-sign impending free-agent TE Brandon Myers this offseason.
Huddle Up: The Giants' offense is changing with a new coordinator, and it's not as if Myers was an invaluable component for Peyton Manning anyway. He's a solid pass-catching tight end, however, and should have fantasy value if he winds up with a team that likes to throw to the position.

Huddle Up: As aforementioned, this is a bit concerning given it's cropped up since Wednesday's practice. Keep an eye out for a key update Friday.

New York Giants TE Brandon Myers (ankle) was limited in practice Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Huddle Up: After a hot start, catching 13 passes for 140 yards and a TD over the team's first 2 games, Myers has cooled down considerably with only 5 grabs for 68 yards over the Giants' past 3 games. Now, he's dealing with an injury question on a short week, so definitely don't hesitate to start lining up another option.

New York Giants TE Brandon Myers had X-rays taken on his ribs due to a big hit in Week 2. He'll also undergo an MRI. He was also tested for a concussion, but passed the test.
Huddle Up: Rough Sunday for Myers, though so far everything has checked out okay. He'll be a little sore but right now there is no indication his availability for Week 3 is in question.

New York Giants TE Brandon Myers said he played the entire 2012 season with a sprained shoulder. Myers said he will be at full strength once the offseason workouts begin.

The New York Giants have agreed to terms with free-agent TE Brandon Myers. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Myers, coming off a quietly productive season in Oakland, will replace the departed Martellus Bennett in what has been a relatively productive role for the Giants. Myers may be the best pass-catcher the team has had at the tight end position in some time, so he could provide an uptick on the numbers Bennett produced last season.
