Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett had four catches of at least 50 yards last season, but he finished with 30 receiving yards or less in eight games.

Huddle Up: Dorsett has big-play speed, but he has yet to show he can provide decent week-to-week production. He will be a late-round lottery ticket in 2017 drafts.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (groin) made just one reception on his only target in the Week 15 game against the Minnesota Vikings. The good news is that the catch was 50-yard touchdown.

Huddle Up: Dorsett was nursing a groin injury heading into the game, but it certainly didn't look to be a problem on his long TD gallop. Despite the long score he doesn't see enough touches to warrant using in most fantasy leagues.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 4, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.

Huddle Up: Dorsett has been held to 33 yards or less in five of the last six games but was targeted five times in each of the last two games. He will receive some targets in Week 9 but should not be an option for owners.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Oct. 26.

Huddle Up: Unfortunately for Dorsett, Donte Moncrief is expected to return this week. Dorsett wasn't doing much when Moncrief was out anyway, so his ideal place on fantasy rosters is on the bench.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (foot, hamstring) will not play in Week 7 against the Tennessee Titans.

Huddle Up: Dorsett did not practice at all this week and has failed to do much of anything during Donte Moncrief's absence. He does not need to be owned outside the deepest of leagues. With T.Y. Hilton (hip) ailing a bit as well, it is possible Andrew Luck will have to rely on Chester Rogers, Tevaun Smith and Devin Street more often than he would prefer this weekend.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (foot, hamstring) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 20.

Huddle Up: Dorsett has missed two practices in a row now. We're not at Defcon 1 yet, but Dorsett's participation, or lack thereof, tomorrow will be telling. He has underachieved even with Donte Moncrief out, though, and is a risky start in a tough matchup with the Tennessee Titans anyway.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (foot, hamstring) did not practice Wednesday, Oct. 19.

Huddle Up: You don't want to start a week of practice by not practicing with multiple injuries. Even when Dorsett has been healthy he hasn't done much as the Colts' No. 2 receiver with Donte Moncrief out. You're playing with fire if you put a hampered Dorsett into your starting lineup this week, especially in a tough matchup with the Tennessee Titans.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (ankle) is day to day, according to head coach Chuck Pagano.

Huddle Up: Dorsett has a 13-253-1 line on the year despite a sparkling opportunity opened by the loss of Donte Moncrief (shoulder). He's a fringe flex option.

  • Posted: 10/16/2016 8:57pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was forced out of the Week 6 game against the Houston Texans due to a hamstring injury.

Huddle Up: Dorsett had the opportunity to step up and fill the void left by Donte Moncrief, but now he is injured, too. The Colts are very shorthanded at receiver with Dorsett, Moncrief and Quan Bray sidelined.

Updating previous reports, Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (ankle) is active in Week 4 against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, Oct. 2.

Huddle Up: Dorsett is a risky fantasy play but has a spot in lineups for brave owners. He's in the flex conversation.

  • Posted: 8/11/2016 7:39pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett has been the 'most improved' player in camp. He's always possessed rare speed, but now he's also showing great skill in running clean routes and displaying consistent hands.

Huddle Up: Reports have been positive about Dorsett all summer. He'll line up with T.Y. Hilton and Donte Moncrief in three-receiver sets. New offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski said the team will use three receivers as its base offense this season, so Dorsett will be on the field a lot. He's a nice value pick at his current twelve round ADP.

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett's role for 2016 is vague heading into training camp. NFL.com's Conor Orr posited that Dorsett could be used similarly to Los Angeles Rams WR Tavon Austin.

Huddle Up: The 2015 first-round pick only posted an 18-225-1 stat line as a rookie, but it wasn't the truest season to get an accurate gauge of things given Andrew Luck's injury. Still, T.Y. Hilton and Donte Moncrief look to be entrenched atop the Indy WR depth chart, leaving speedy Dorsett to vie for scraps as fringe fantasy player.

  • Posted: 5/18/2016 9:19am ET

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) suffered an apparent hamstring injury during organized team activities Tuesday, May 17, according head coach Chuck Pagano.

Huddle Up: Dorsett is expected to take over a more substantial role in the Colts' receiver rotation, so missing opportunities during OTAs to find his niche in Andrew Luck's passing game is not what the Colts were hoping for.

  • Posted: 4/19/2016 10:05am ET

Indianapolis Colts WR Phillip Dorsett is expected to be the No. 3 receiver for the Colts in 2016 if he is able to stay healthy.

Huddle Up: Dorsett would give the Colts another quality weapon in the passing game, and if Andrew Luck is healthy there's definite fantasy upside to the role.
