Huddle Up: Peterman was inserted into the starting lineup for Tyrod Taylor, but he was so bad that Sean McDermott went back to Taylor to finish the game. The rookie likely won't get a chance again unless Taylor is injured. The Bills travel to meet the Chiefs in Week 12.

Huddle Up: The Bolts have been one of the better teams in defending the quarterback position the last five weeks. Peterman holds little fantasy appeal this week, and Tyrod Taylor can be dropped.

Huddle Up: If Peterman gets the nod in Week 1, he'll have as winnable a matchup as he could possibly have going up against the Jets, but it's hard to recommend him for any league that implements one starting quarterback. Overall, Peterman finished up the preseason 43-of-79 (54.4 percent) for 453 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. In other words, owners can find a better option.

Huddle Up: Coming from a pro-style offense, Peterman could make a quicker transition to the NFL game than a lot of rookies. Tyrod Taylor is running the show in Buffalo for now, but Peterman could have his chance in a couple of years. He is worth stashing in dynasty formats.

Huddle Up: As long as Tyrod Taylor remains healthy and in favor, Peterman is an afterthought in 2017. He should battle Cardale Jones for the backup role and enter the mix for 2018 when Taylor's deal offers an out. When Peterman is given a shot, he has the tools to develop into a serviceable fantasy starter.
