Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (foot) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list because of a broken foot he suffered in the Week 13 game.

Huddle Up: Kirk had a solid rookie season and finished with 43 receptions, 590 yards and three touchdowns. He should build a stronger chemistry with Josh Rosen next season and can be a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver for owners next season.

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (foot) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Monday, Dec. 3.

Huddle Up: Kirk's absence equates to more looks for Larry Fitzgerald and Ricky Seals-Jones, at least in an ideal world. Fitz is the primary beneficiary, though, and he and David Johnson are the only Cardinals worth starting going forward.

  • Posted: 12/2/2018 5:35pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk registered three receptions for 54 yards on eight targets in Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers.

Huddle Up: Kirk has shown some signs of fantasy usefulness even with some erratic play from the quarterback position. He has three or more grabs in 10 of his past 11 games to emerge as a decent WR4 in PPR formats. Kirk is also a nice player for those in dynasty fantasy formats.

  • Posted: 11/25/2018 6:44pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk caught four of his six targets for 41 yards in a 45-10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 12.

Huddle Up: Kirk is having a decent rookie season, especially considering the state of the Arizona offense overall. He's a WR4 option for now, but he has some serious long-term appeal in dynasty formats.

  • Posted: 11/18/2018 7:11pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk caught three passes on four targets for 77 yards and a touchdown in a 23-21 loss to the Oakland Raiders in Week 11.

Huddle Up: Kirk's big-play ability is undeniable, but until he starts to show some consistent production, he will remain a risky flex play.

  • Posted: 10/18/2018 9:51pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk caught three passes for 57 yards against the Denver Broncos in Week 7.

Huddle Up: This was a step back for Kirk after topping 75 yards in three of his previous four games, but the offense as a whole sputtered, and Kirk's 57 yards were 17 more than anyone else. While you'll need to pick your spots with Kirk, he's definitely worth owning.

  • Posted: 10/14/2018 2:40pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk caught six passes for 77 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 6.

Huddle Up: Kirk has been playing well lately with at least 77 yards in three of the last four games. He appears to be one of the main options in the passing game for the Cardinals and could be a No. 3 receiver or flex option for owners.

  • Posted: 9/23/2018 11:12pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk hauled seven of his eight targets for 90 yards - all team highs - in Week 3 versus the Chicago Bears.

Huddle Up: Kirk entered the weekend with a total of five receptions for 31 yards through two games, so this was a performance few could have seen coming. With Josh Rosen likely taking over for Sam Bradford as the starter moving forward, it's possible Kirk could find his way into fantasy relevancy, although he is at his best in the slot - and that is an area manned most of the time by Larry Fitzgerald. Kirk figures to be a popular waiver-wire add this week, but owners should make him prove he can sustain this first.

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (back) did not participate in practice Thursday, Sept. 20.

Huddle Up: It is not a good sign that Kirk was added to the injury report Thursday. He has been limited to only 31 yards over the first two games of the season and should be avoided even if he plays.

  • Posted: 9/16/2018 10:28pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk posted four receptions for 27 yards against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 2.

Huddle Up: While certainly modest, it's at least a step in the right direction for Kirk, who should have plenty of chances for expanded playing time on a club largely bereft of playmakers. At this stage, however, Kirk is only worth owning in deep standard formats and dynasty leagues.

  • Posted: 8/17/2018 9:19pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk caught four passes for 49 yards and a touchdown in a 20-15 preseason win over the New Orleans Saints Friday, Aug. 17.

Huddle Up: Kirk doesn't have a clear path to a lot of playing time early on, but he's not a bad late-round flier in redraft leagues.

  • Posted: 7/13/2018 9:11pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk has an opportunity to make an immediate impact as an 'underneath threat' in the passing attack, according to Nick Shook of NFL.com.

Huddle Up: Kirk could be the No. 2 option in the passing game behind Larry Fitzgerald as soon as this year. He's worth adding as a WR5 in redraft leagues, and he is a potential first-round pick in rookie drafts.

  • Posted: 5/24/2018 12:53pm ET

Arizona Cardinals second-round draft choice WR Christian Kirk signed a four-year contract with the Cardinals Thursday, May 24. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Huddle Up: Kirk has a chance to be the No. 2 or No. 3 receiver for the Cardinals this upcoming season and should receive a solid amount of targets. He can be a late-round pick in deeper leagues and serve as a No. 4 or No. 5 fantasy receiver.

  • Posted: 5/14/2018 4:14pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk was arrested in February and charged with criminal damage for allegedly throwing rocks at cars while intoxicated. The case is pending and a Cardinals spokesman said the team is aware of the incident and spoke with Kirk at length about it. 'Our understanding is that the process will be resolved in the near future, but while it remains an active legal matter, we won't comment further.

Huddle Up: A severe punishment is unlikely for Kirk. Arizona knew Kirk had been arrested when they drafted him, so they obviously weren't scared off enough to not draft him. Kirk can be one of the more impactful rookies in this year's class, but he's not deserving of being drafted as better than a WR4 in PPR leagues.

The Arizona Cardinals selected Texas A&M WR Christian Kirk with the 47th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Friday, April 27.

Huddle Up: Kirk has a chance to have a big role in the passing game this season because the Cardinals lost several receivers in free agency. Owners in most leagues can consider Kirk a No. 4 receiver in 2018, while owners in keeper leagues can use a middle-round pick on him.

  • Posted: 3/3/2018 9:45am ET

Texas A&M WR Christian Kirk ran a 4.47-second 40-yard dash Saturday, March 3, at the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine. He hoisted 20 reps at 225 pounds on the bench press, which ranked tied for third-most at his position. His 40 time tied for 10th-fastest among wide receivers.

Huddle Up: Kirk has a legitimate shot at being the second receiver chosen and could make an immediate impact for fantasy purposes. He could compare favorably to Golden Tate in terms of style of play, but his landing spot will play a major factor in any potential fantasy success in Year 1.
