Huddle Up: Smith is in line to become the No. 2 running back for the Falcons will Tevin Coleman unlikely to receive. Smith had some success last season and probably will receive a handful of touches each game as long as Devonta Freeman can stay healthy. He can be a handcuff to Freeman in fantasy leagues or a No. 3 or No. 4 back in leagues.

Huddle Up: Tevin Coleman will really be a featured back over the next two games with Smith out of the picture. He's a quality RB2 or flex option heading into championship week. Brian Hill should see a few more touches but he's a faint blip on the fantasy radar.

Huddle Up: A week after being far more efficient than Tevin Coleman, the roles were reversed in a major way as the former exploded for 145 yards and a TD. Smith is best left in reserve in any championship matchups coming next week.

Huddle Up: Smith is expected to play in Week 15 game, but owners should check the inactive list to determine his official status. He should see a handful of carries if he plays in the Week 15 game but probably is only a flex option in standard leagues.

Huddle Up: Smith led the backfield in touches, just edging out Tevin Coleman. The Falcons are out of the playoff hunt and seem to be leaning upon Smith more to see what they have in him, perhaps trying to decide between he and Coleman heading into 2019.

Huddle Up: Smith had 14 total touches to 11 touches for Tevin Coleman. Smith might be a sneaky RB3 or flex fantasy option down the stretch in deeper leagues. The Falcons host the Cardinals in Week 15.

Huddle Up: There was some speculation that Smith would carve out a meaningful role for himself following the loss of Devonta Freeman, but that simply hasn't happened. Feel free to move on and hope for better luck with the next flier.

Huddle Up: He has been held to under 20 yards in three of the last games and has only one touchdown during that span. He will still see some carries in the running game but can be avoided in most leagues.

Huddle Up: Smith did not see a lot of touches this week because the team was throwing the ball a lot since they were losing during most of the game. He could be considered a flex option in some standard leagues next week but is not a must-start option.

Huddle Up: It was the first time that Smith has topped 50 rushing yards this year, but it was his fourth touchdown in the last five games. He's worth rostering as a handcuff to Tevin Coleman, and his nose for the end zone could make him a worth a flier in DFS contests.

Huddle Up: Smith was bottled up in the rushing attack, and he did nothing to carve into Tevin Coleman's workload. The Falcons are on their bye in Week 8, so you'll need another flex option in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams.

Huddle Up: With Devonta Freeman out, Smith got 11 carries to Tevin Coleman's 10, averaging just two yards a pop. He caught two passes but managed to lose a yard in the process, giving him 21 total yards for the day. While he salvaged some value with a touchdown, Smith isn't worth using even with Freeman sidelined.

Huddle Up: Smith saw a total of 10 touches, serving as the understudy to Tevin Coleman with Devonta Freeman (knee) sidelined. When Freeman returns then Smith will be back to a minimal role, perhaps as early as Week 5. No fantasy value here despite the nice touchdown run.

Huddle Up: Smith was seeing an increased workload with Devonta Freeman (knee) sidelined for multiple games. The former Southern Miss standout was the primary backup to Tevin Coleman, who totaled 20 touches. Smith is only worth a look in the very deepest of fantasy leagues while Freeman is on the shelf unless something happens to Coleman, too.

Huddle Up: Smith probably will not receive a lot of touches this season because he is behind Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman on the depth chart. Smith can be avoided in fantasy leagues this season.
