Denver Broncos head coach John Fox said he doesn't think the shoulder injury WR Demaryius Thomas suffered in Week 14 is serious and he hopes Thomas can practice Monday, Dec. 10.

Huddle Up: Thomas definitely appeared to be OK after missing most of the second quarter Thursday night but then coming back to record 3 catches for 52 yards in the second half. He'll also have a few extra days of rest with the Broncos not playing until Dec. 16.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas (shoulder) left the game early in the second quarter of Thursday night's contest because of a shoulder injury and missed the rest of the first half. He returned, though, for the Broncos' opening possession of the third quarter.

Huddle Up: Thomas threw a scare into fantasy owners but received treatment for a quarter and came back for the second half, announcing his return with a key 22-yard grab on third down on the team's opening drive of the third quarter. He finished with 5 catches for 83 yards on 7 targets.

Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning said the team has been looking to find ways to get WR Demaryius Thomas more involved in the offense. 'He made a great catch on the sideline versus tight coverage for a touchdown and a couple of big third-down conversions when we had to have it. All the receivers are doing a good job. Our timing could be better, but that's a great achievement by Demaryius, for sure,' Manning said.

Huddle Up: This would be icing on the cake for Thomas' fantasy owners as the WR already is tied for fourth overall among all wideouts with 138 fantasy points (61 catches for 1,015 yards and 6 TDs) per Huddle Performance scoring. Only A.J. Green (166), Calvin Johnson (150) and Brandon Marshall (150) have racked up more points.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 21.

Huddle Up: There has been no specific news on any knee issue with Thomas. Monitor what he's able to do in practice the rest of the week, but given his fifth-place standing among fantasy wideouts, it's going to take a pretty grim report to knock him out of fantasy lineups.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 7.

Huddle Up: He came back into the game after he limped off with a knee injury last week, but it's good to see there have been no complications. Thomas' production has been eclipsed by his teammate, Eric Decker, but he remains a great fantasy option as long as he is healthy.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas (hip) was limited in practice Thursday, Oct. 11.

Huddle Up: This doesn't figure to be anything that endangers Thomas' chances of playing Monday night. At least the Broncos and his fantasy owners hope so with the emerging wideout ranking only behind Brian Hartline (514) and Reggie Wayne (506) with 505 receiving yards.

Posted: 9/24/2012 8:02pm et

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas had three dropped passes in the team's Week 3 loss to the Houston Texans.

Huddle Up: Thomas entered Sunday's game as Peyton Manning's most productive target with TD receptions in the first 2 contests but had only 3 catches for 34 yards on 11 targets against the Texans. With Thomas off his game, fellow wideout Eric Decker had his best game of the year with 8 receptions for 136 yards.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas posted eight receptions for 78 yards and a touchdown in Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons Monday, Sept. 17. Thomas has reached the end zone in each of his first two games this season.

Huddle Up: There can be no doubting Thomas as Peyton Manning's most productive target -- at least through the opening 2 games. Thomas leads the Broncos with 18 targets, 13 receptions and 188 receiving yards and has caught two of Manning's 3 TD passes. Fellow wideout Eric Decker is a distant second with 9 catches for 107 yards on 15 targets.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas (shoulder) fully participated in practice Saturday, Sept. 15, and is listed as probable for Week 2.

Huddle Up: No worries here. Thomas practiced all week and will start Monday night against a Falcons' secondary that will be missing starting CB Brent Grimes (Achillies').

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 14.

Huddle Up: Thomas, who was Peyton Manning's most productive target in Week 1, has practiced all week and will be good to go Monday night in Atlanta.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas said he is adjusting to crowded coverage from opposing defenses with QB Peyton Manning now the starting quarterback as opposed to former QB Tim Tebow. "It's a lot of different when Tebow was playing and it was nine (defenders) in the box all the time. All I had to do was beat man coverage," Thomas said. "Now it's cover-eight, cover-six, cover-two ... But I think I'll have a good year if I can stay healthy."

Huddle Up: Thomas' maturation as a receiver continues. Coming out of college he didn't have an extensive route tree and wasn't asked to run one in Denver. Now with Manning at the helm Thomas is doing more than running go routes; he'll be a more difficult to defend--and more productive--receiver because of it.

Posted: 6/28/2012 6:43pm et

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas said he will have to improve on his running of all of the routes with QB Peyton Manning taking over as the starting quarterback. Thomas said he did not have to run all of the routes in his first few seasons in the NFL.

Huddle Up: Yes, Peyton Manning's rhythm depends on perfect timing in and out of cuts. Curls, slants, comeback routes... Thomas is a big dude (6'3/235) and not only must he execute the routes, he has to work hard to get "inside" Manning's head, a la Harrison and Wayne.

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas has been doing yoga with hopes it will help him stay healthy in 2012. Since he has been in the league he's had a broken foot, sprained ankle, concussion, torn Achilles' and a broken thumb. Thomas is now at full strength, taking part in offseason practices and running routes at full speed. He feels the offseason activities will be a big help to him this year. 'Just to get the reps. Because I was here [last year], I saw it, but I never got the reps. And I think that will help me out,' Thomas said. Thomas spent time during the offseason working out at Georgia Tech with Cam Newton and fellow Georgia Tech alum Calvin Johnson.

Huddle Up: Thomas' ADP has crept up from the sixth round to the late-fourth round, thanks to No. 18. If Manning hits Thomas for a couple pre-season touchdowns he'll crack the third round.
