New York Jets restricted free-agent TE Jeff Cumberland has signed his one-year tender offer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Sexy or not, Cumberland currently is the man at TE for the Jets after Dustin Keller signed with the Dolphins. Cumberland showed a few flashes with a 29-359-3 season last fall, but look for the Jets to address the position in the draft.

The New York Jets have considered the possibility of offering restricted free-agent TE Jeff Cumberland the second-round tender.
Huddle Up: With TE Dustin Keller an UFA, Cumberland -- who led Jets' TEs with 29-359-3 last season -- could be the man by default when next season kicks off.
