New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram is fully healthy for the first time since entering the NFL.
Huddle Up: Ingram certainly hasn't been overworked in New Orleans, where he remains part of a three-headed backfield that kills his fantasy value.

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram had four carries for 14 yards and a touchdown run in the Hall of Fame preseason game Sunday, Aug. 5, against the Arizona Cardinals. Ingram has been practicing one day, and then limited the next day.
Huddle Up: Ingram's rookie season was marred by injuries, but he looked like the Saints goal line back in the preseason opener. However, he was one of three different backs to touch the ball on the drive so expect another season of RBBC in New Orleans

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (knee) ran at full speed during practice Thursday, July 26, and said he is completely recovered from the knee surgery he had during the offseason.
Huddle Up: Ingram's flying low on the radar this summer, often falling to the seventh round or later. Sometimes Ingram's not among the first 35 RBs picked. That's a far cry from last August when he was the 23rd RB picked in a ESPN experts draft, and the 26th RB picked in a CBS experts draft.
