The Cleveland Browns could look to sign a veteran wide receiver in the offseason who can add speed to the outside, and a result be able to relegate WR Greg Little to the slot.

Huddle Up: Read between the lines to confirm that Josh Gordon is the Browns' WR1, but also note that the thought of Little creating mismatches out of the slot also has significant fantasy upside--as long as he's able to catch the football.

Cleveland Browns WR Greg Little has worked his way back into the good graces of head coach Pat Shurmur and the team's fan base by working hard.'I was trying to do so much more than just being myself on the field; just trying to create much more than the play was designed for,' Little said. Shurmur said Little has 'refocused', and is having some success. He also said his improved blocking has not gone unnoticed.

Huddle Up: Little has come on somewhat over the Browns' past 3 games, totaling 13 catches for 132 yards and a TD. Little now has the bye week to further work himself into the Browns' good graces and offensive plans.

Cleveland Browns head coach Pat Shurmur said he is contemplating replacing WR Greg Little in the starting lineup. Little dropped a third-down pass before halftime in Week 3 -- a play that would have went for a first down near midfield and extended the drive. 'We can't play a guy who's going to drop the football,' Shurmur said. 'But we have a young roster.' Little was among the league leaders in drops last year. He also turned a catch into an interception by having the ball go off his hands in Week 1. Shurmur has also not been pleased with Little's post-catch celebrations.

Huddle Up: Little was expected to take a big step forward in this, his second pro season, but it's been one of frustation for all parties involved, including those fantasy GMs who took a flier on the wideout. Little came into Week 3 with only 5 catches for 57 yards and added only 2 grabs for 17 yards Sunday. Until someone steps forward, it's best to stay away from all Browns WRs and TEs.

Cleveland Browns WR Greg Little will enter the regular season as the team's featured wide receiver.

Huddle Up: Little may be the top starter in Cleveland, but remains a bench option for fantasy purposes until proven otherwise.

Cleveland Browns WR Greg Little said he has dropped 11 pounds this offseason and believes he is quicker because of the lost weight.

Huddle Up: Little could afford to drop a few because he was a burly 220, but he should be careful; he'll drop even more weight in the muggy two-a-days at camp. Little is penciled in as a starter across from Mohamed Massaquoi and has the tools to make it at the NFL level. As a rookie he flashed big-time skills with a 5-131-1 effort vs. Arizona in Week 15.
