Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians is impressed with TE Rob Housler and believes he is a wide receiver playing tight end. "I think the sky is the limit as far as where he can get talent-wise," Arians said.

Huddle Up: It's a good think Arians thinks of Housler as a wide receiver, because his offenses have tended not to use tight ends much in the past. And while Housler is an intriguing talent, he's still behind Larry Fitzgerald--and quite likely Michael Floyd and/or Andre Roberts as well--in the passing game pecking order.

Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians said Tuesday, March 26, that he considered drafting TE Rob Housler when he was a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers coaching staff with the idea of turning Housler into a big wide receiver. He sees Housler as a mismatch for defenses.

Huddle Up: The 2011 third-round pick led Arizona TEs with 45 catches for 417 yards last season -- a decent jump from his 12-catch, 133-yard rookie campaign -- and a similar leap could be in store if the Cards get their QB situation settled.
