Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron (concussion) is not practicing Friday, Dec. 20, and is expected to be ruled out for Week 16.

Huddle Up: Bad news for fantasy owners, as Cameron has been a solid contributor all season long. At least the Browns have provided a little lead time for finding a replacement.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron (concussion) did not practice Thursday, Dec. 19.

Huddle Up: With Cameron's concussion only diagnosed Monday, he remains a big question mark for Week 16. See if there is any progress, though, over the next 2 days.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron (head) has reported concussion symptoms and will not practice Wednesday, Dec. 18. He's involved in the concussion protocol now.

Huddle Up: A bit of a late start to the protocol; fantasy owners will need to keep tabs on Cameron to make sure he's cleared to play in time for this weekend's game in New York.

Posted: 9/9/2013 10:25am et

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron had nine catches for 108 yards and a touchdown in Week 1.

Huddle Up: Considering how much the Cleveland offense struggled it was an especially impressive showing for Cameron. He may see his looks decrease once Josh Gordon returns to the lineup, but he's done nothing to dampen the expectations of those who loaded up the Cameron fantasy bandwagon this preseason.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron (groin) practiced fully Friday, Sept. 6, and he is listed as probable for Week 1 against the Miami Dolphins.

Huddle Up: Cameron, who appeared on many a preseason sleeper list, is ranked as a top-10 TE this week so start him with a fair amount of confidence.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron (groin) returned to practice Monday, Sept. 2.

Huddle Up: Good news for those who took a leap of faith with him as their starter. He doesn't get a great matchup against the Dolphins this week, but at least his injury was minor.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron won't practice Tuesday, Aug. 27, but the team isn't overly worried.

Huddle Up: Cameron has a groin injury, but the rest is purely precautionary. He should be good to go by the time the games start to count.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron said he has been working on becoming the team's starting tight end this season and has been learning offensive coordinator Norv Turner's scheme. "It's just having the mindset that I'm going to be the guy, try and take over this role," Cameron said. "The confidence is huge with that, and I think I get more confidence every day, learning new things. With [tight ends coach Jon Embree], he really knows the details and how to make you a better player, whether it be blocking or positioning or route-running." Cameron said the new offense is allowing tight ends to run deep routes.

Huddle Up: With tight end whisperer Rob Chudzinski now the Browns' head coach, the position is expected to see an uptick in opportunity in Cleveland. The athletic Cameron offers intriguing upside in the role, and he seems to be adopting the mentality to capitalize on his opportunity. He's already appearing on many sleeper lists and makes an intriguing selection after the top tight ends have gone off the fantasy draft board.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron appeared to injure his left hamstring during practice Wednesday, June 5. He had his left leg wrapped after the injury occurred and sat out the rest of the practice.

Huddle Up: Cameron is expected to step into the starting tight end role in Cleveland, and with TE whisperer Rob Chudzinski coaching the Browns it's a position with plenty of fantasy upside. Doesn't sound like it's a significant injury, but hamstring issues tend to linger so we may not see Cameron again in OTAs.

The Cleveland Browns are taking a cautious approach with TE Jordan Cameron while he deals with a groin injury because they see him as their starting tight end this season.

Huddle Up: Cameron is a popular fantasy sleeper given the track record new Browns coach Rob Chudzinski has with tight end productivity. No reason to risk injury now, as he appears to be a big part of Cleveland's offensive game plan in 2013.

The Cleveland Browns plan to throw a lot to TE Jordan Cameron this season. Cameron has been targeted on several deep passes during organized team activities.

Huddle Up: The Browns have only had one TE post 50 or more catches since Kellen Winslow Jr.'s 82-grab season in 2007, and Cameron -- who hauled in 20 passes for 226 yards and a a TD in 2012 -- will take aim at the mark this season.

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron is expected to serve as the No. 1 tight end in head coach Rob Chudzinski's offense, and the position is very busy in the team's new scheme. "Well he's not ready right now, we are working through that with him," Chudzinski said Wednesday, April 17. "He is learning the offense obviously. This is an offense that has featured tight ends and tight ends have always been a big part of it. He has the skill set that fits and he has had a good couple days."

Huddle Up: Chudzinski is a former tight end and tight ends coach, and his offenses have tended to feature the position--most recently Greg Olsen in Carolina. Cameron has the physical tools to create mismatch problems at the tight end position, so if he he's able to pick up the offense he has a good shot at putting up useful fantasy numbers in Cleveland.
