Atlanta Falcons RB Jacquizz Rodgers carried three times for just three yards in Week 2 against the Denver Broncos, and he did not haul in any receptions.
Huddle Up: While Rodgers has only 7 carries for 22 years and 2 catches for 13 more in 2 games so far, don't give up on him just yet in light of starting RB Michael Turner's struggles so far this season, the latest being his DUI arrest late Monday night.

Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter will work in RB Jacquizz Rodgers as a shifty complement to starting RB Michael Turner more this year than the team did a year ago. Rodgers was only thrown one screen pass all of last season. He had 57 attempts for 205 yards and a touchdown.
Huddle Up: Koetter is known for an offensive attack heavy on screens, which would definitely give Rodgers more opportunities. The Falcons have also indicated they don't want to load Turner up with 300-plus carries this season, another indicator that Rodgers' touches will rise. The Huddle pegged Rodgers as a sleeper candidate much earlier this offseason; cross your fingers and hope the rest of the world doesn't catch up on him before you have the opportunity to steal him on draft day.

Atlanta Falcons RB Jacquizz Rodgers may have a role in the offense similar to the one that New Orleans Saints RB Darren Sproles has with the Saints. Rodgers is expected to have a role in the running game as well as the passing game.
Huddle Up: This is the popular refrain coming out of Atlanta, with Michael Turner seeing a reduction in carries and the Falcons becoming more of a passing team. Rodgers is currently carrying a 13th-round ADP, the 49th running back off the board; if he puts up anything remotely Sproles-like he'll be a tremendous fantasy value at that spot.

Atlanta Falcons RB Michael Turner has either led the NFL or ranked second in rushing attempts in three of his four seasons with the Falcons. He is expected to lose carries in 2012 as the team plans to use a committee approach at the running back position.
Huddle Up: Repeat that stat to yourself out loud: 'Michael Turner has either led the NFL or ranked second in rushing attempts in three of his four seasons with the Falcons.' Three words: Jacquizz Rodgers - Sleeper.
