Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore was benched in the team's Week 13 game after multiple dropped passes. Moore and QB Carson Palmer have not been on the same page for most of the season. "Yeah, we took him out there at the end," head coach Dennis Allen said. "He dropped a couple balls and we have to make plays when we get those opportunities. Both those guys, they understand that. It wasn't from a lack of effort, but we've got to make the plays when we get an opportunity."
Huddle Up: Moore has the talent and athletic ability to be an elite wide receiver, and Palmer had no trouble throwing to him earlier this season once Moore returned from the injury that delayed his 2012 debut. But his numbers have tailed off dramatically of late, culminating with the benching; he'll need to bounce back over the final month to be considered a fantasy factor heading into 2013.

Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 19, and is listed as probable for Week 7.
Huddle Up: This bit of positive news for Carson's Palmer's fantasy owners is just the opposite for the Jaguars' defense which will have to contend with a WR who has been far and away the Raiders' top threat with 14 catches for 220 and 2 TDs over the past 3 games.

Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (shoulder) was a full participant in practice Wednesday, Oct. 17.
Huddle Up: Moore ranks 2nd on the Raiders with 287 receiving yards and leads the squad with a pair of scoring receptions. He's really come on in the past 3 weeks with 14 catches, 220 yards and the 2 TDs over that span.

Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) will play in the team's Week 2
game; however, he will take part in a limited amount of snaps. 'You''ve got to
manage him because he's been out for so long,' offensive coordinator Greg Knapp
said of Moore. 'You try and give him a chance to win critical situations, third downs,
red zone, certain first and second downs also.'
Huddle Up: As expected, Moore will be brought along slowly in his first game back, and that
pretty much rules him out of fantasy consideration for all but the most desperate of
owners.

Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Sept. 14, and is listed as probable for Week 2.
Huddle Up: Despite being limited again Friday, it's still sounding like Moore will be able to go Sunday in Miami. But unless you absolutely need to start him this week, it might be best to see how things develop with Moore on your bench this week.

Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) was officially listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Sept. 12. 'I'm very excited. I'm back with my teammates. I'm ready to rock,' Moore said.
Huddle Up: It sounds like Moore, second on the team with 618 receiving yards a season ago, is on track to make his 2012 debut Sunday in Miami. Moore sat out Monday's opener with Darris Heyward-Bey, Derek Hagan and rookie Rod Streater picking up the slack.

Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen said Tuesday, Sept. 11, that he is hopeful WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) will be ready to play in Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins.
Huddle Up: With Jacoby Ford sidelined indefinitely after undergoing foot surgery, the Raiders are counting on Moore to get back on the field and join the current WR corps of Darrius Heyward-Bey, Derek Hagan and rookie Rod Streater.

The Oakland Raiders have declared WR Denarius Moore, DL Jack Crawford, WR
Jacoby Ford, OT Joseph Barksdale, OG Lucas Nix, QB Terrelle Pryor, OG Tony
Bergstrom inactive for Week 1.
Huddle Up: With Moore and Ford out, the Raiders are thin at WR. They will lean heavily on
Darrius Heyward-Bey, the newly signed Derek Hagan and rookies Juron Criner
and Rod Streater.

Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) was limited during
practice Friday, Sept. 7.
Huddle Up: Moore still has 3 days to improve, but it sounds like fantasy owners
should look elsewhere for a starting wideout, especially considering
the late-night Monday kickoff.
Posted: 9/6/2012 4:25pm et
Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) returned to practice for the first time since Aug. 4 Thursday, Sept. 6.
Huddle Up: Good sign for the Raiders' passing game and QB Carson Palmer's fantasy owners. Moreover, Moore still has 4 additional days to work out the kinks before Oakland's late-night season opener on Monday.
Posted: 9/3/2012 7:53pm et
Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen said WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) has been running the past few days. There is a chance Moore could play Week 1.
Huddle Up: A positive report for owners of Moore and QB Carson Palmer, who has been without several of his top wideouts for most the preseason. The Week 1 outlook isn't nearly as good for WR and kick returner Jacoby Ford (foot), who has yet to be cleared to run.
Posted: 8/29/2012 12:01am et
Updating a previous report, Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen said Tuesday, Aug. 28, that WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) is close to returning. 'I hope close means real soon,' Allen said. The same situation applies to fellow WR Jacoby Ford (foot), who hasn't resumed running but has been catching passes from the JUGS machine.
Huddle Up: Moore sounds closer to returning than Ford, and that would be of more help to QB Carson Palmer and the Raiders' offense. Ford, meanwhile, plays a bigger role on special teams as Oakland's primary return man.

Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) did not practice Sunday, Aug. 5. "It's a conern, you know, because it's been a nagging type of deal," head coach Dennis Allen said. "So we got to make sure that we're diligent in the rehab process and make sure we continue to get that strengthened so that it's not an issue during the season and we're not dealing with this on an everyday or every week basis."
Huddle Up: Oakland's wide receiver corps always seems to be nicked, and Moore's hamstring launches the 2012 season on a similar note. With Carson Palmer having a full offseason to work with his receivers and get a handle on the offense there is significant upside to the Oakland passing game; if Moore can stay healthy he's a solid fantasy sleeper candidate.
