The Miami Dolphins have claimed WR Armon Binns off waivers from the Cincinnati Bengals.

Huddle Up: Binns should push his way into the Miami receiver rotation right away, as high as WR3 behind Davone Bess and Brian Hartline. However, with the Dolphins' WR1 and WR2 fringe fantasy plays at best, there's not a bunch of fantasy value to the WR3 spot.
