Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians expanded on how the team plans to use RB Andre Ellington this year at the owners meetings this week. "He is still not a guy who you will pound up the middle 30 times a game and survive," Arians said. "He can run the football 30 times a game if you do it correctly, but you'd rather have him have 10 catches and 20 carries and let Stepfan Taylor or (Jonathan) Dwyer have the rest of the carries pound the rest of the ball up in there."
Huddle Up: Ellington's fantasy owners will be perfectly happy with 30 touches a game regardless of how they come; heck, in a split backfield in Arizona they'll settle for 20. Either way, the indication here is that Ellington has some serious fantasy value heading into the 2014 season.

Arizona Cardinals beat writer Mike Jurecki believes RB Stepfan Taylor will be used in short-yardage situations and will see the goal line carries.
Huddle Up: Ryan Williams is the No. 2 running back according to Arizona's depth chart but he's had trouble staying healthy. Taylor could very well have a big role in the Cardinals' offense this year given the injury issues Williams and Rashard Mendenhall had had recently. He's an intriguing player to watch in the coming weeks.
