Huddle Up: The organization had big expectations for Britt, but it appears he is headed for the unemployment line. After flaming out in his past two stops in Cleveland and New England, the wideout might be done. He could latch on with another organization, but his fantasy appeal is nil at this point.

Huddle Up: With the overhaul New England's receiving corps has undergone this offseason, Britt could emerge as a starter and a relevant fantasy option. The situation is worth monitoring this offseason.

Huddle Up: Britt was brought aboard for depth and he isn't someone to rely upon for fantasy purposes down the stretch unless disaster totally strikes in New England.

Huddle Up: Britt joined the team earlier this week and probably will see limited snaps against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Owners in all leagues should be able to find better options to use and can avoid Britt.

Huddle Up: The Patriots' receiving corps is already pretty crowded with Brandin Cooks, Chris Hogan, Danny Amendola and Rob Gronkowski. Britt will have to battle Phillip Dorsett for playing time and is a non-factor going forward.

Huddle Up: Britt should have some takers if he clears waivers, but this late in the season, the chances of Britt carving out a big enough role to have fantasy relevance are slim.

Huddle Up: Britt had a 38-yard reception, but he needs to get the ball a little more before fantasy owners outside of the deepest leagues can start to trust him again. The Browns travel to meet the Chargers in Week 13.

Huddle Up: Britt was able to reach the end zone in Week 10 but could see his playing time decrease with Corey Coleman back in the lineup. He has posted only 166 yards this season and can be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

Huddle Up: Britt scored a touchdown last week, but he has mostly been a disappointment this season. He remains useful only to those in the very deepest of leagues.

Huddle Up: Britt was a limited practice participant during the week and had been listed as questionable on the injury report. Through his first four games, Britt has just eight receptions for 121 yards and is on thin ice with the organization after missing curfew last weekend. He's not worth owning, let alone starting, in any fantasy format.

Huddle Up: Britt was listed as questionable on the injury report after being a limited practice participant throughout the week. He has been a colossal disappointment this season and is not worth starting in any fantasy format.

Huddle Up: Britt was listed as questionable on the injury report and was a limited practice participant throughout the week. He only has eight receptions through four games this season and would be at less than 100 percent if he is active, so he should be avoided in all fantasy formats.

Huddle Up: Britt has done very little this season anyway. Ricardo Louis is the only Cleveland wide receiver worth starting, and that's only in deeper leagues as a desperation flex.
Posted: 10/8/2017 8:56am ET
Huddle Up: Britt did not practice at all during the week and was listed as doubtful on the injury report, so his deactivation should not come as a surprise to anyone. WRs Rashard Higgins and Ricardo Louis could see more targets as a result of Britt's absence but neither player is a great option in any fantasy format.

Huddle Up: Britt may be in danger of missing Week 5 if he does not practice Friday, Oct. 5. Britt has been part of the passing game over the last few weeks but appears to be on a short leash. Owners in all leagues probably should avoid Britt even if he is active for the game.
Posted: 10/4/2017 12:11pm ET
Huddle Up: Britt has posted at least 50 yards in each of the last two games but does not appear to be a big part of the offense after almost being benched in Week 4. Owners in all leagues should avoid Britt even if he is active for the game.
Posted: 10/2/2017 2:28pm ET
Huddle Up: Britt posted 52 yards during the game and was targeted eight times, but it sounds like his role in the offense could decrease in the near future. Owners in all leagues should avoid Britt this week against the New York Jets.
Posted: 10/1/2017 2:00pm ET
Huddle Up: Britt has posted back-to-back decent outings and has been targeted 18 times during those two games. It appears that he has a solid role in the passing game but probably can be kept on the bench most weeks.
Posted: 9/29/2017 5:13pm ET
Huddle Up: Britt was targeted 10 times in Week 3 and finished second in the receiving yards with 54 yards. He may be more involved in the passing game moving forward but is not a great option for owners this week.
Posted: 9/28/2017 1:09pm ET
Huddle Up: Owners can check on Britt's status later in the week but it looks like he has a chance to play in Week 4. Britt is coming off a Week 3 performance when he recorded 54 yards and one touchdown but probably can be benched this week if owners have better options to use.
Posted: 9/27/2017 2:35pm ET
Huddle Up: Britt was the best receiver for the Browns last week, so it would be a sizable loss if he can't play in Week 4. Even so, it's risky to start any Cleveland wide receiver right now with Corey Coleman out a few weeks. It's best to stay away from this group altogether.
Posted: 9/24/2017 2:06pm ET
Huddle Up: Britt saw his biggest involvement in the offense to date, developing quite the rapport with rookie DeShone Kizer. The emergence of Rashard Higgins never occurred and it was Britt reaping the rewards. He should still be treated as WR4 or flex option in most fantasy leagues for Week 4 against the Bengals, however.
Posted: 9/21/2017 8:03pm ET
Huddle Up: Coming off a 1,000-yard campaign last year, Britt has two catches for 15 yards through two games in Cleveland. You may want to hang on to him to see if the injury to Corey Coleman boosts his production, but he shouldn't be anywhere near starting lineups in Week 3.
