Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen said he hopes WR Rod Streater will be able to continue his improvement in 2013. "I want to see him start where he left off, but I want to see continued improvement," Allen said. "I think the guy's got talent. I think he's a good route-runner. I think he's got good ball skills. I think he'll go up and attack the ball. I think he's a tough kid. I think he believes in a lot of the things I'm looking for in a football player."
Huddle Up: Streater flashed his ability last season and should see even more opportunity with Oakland's receiving corps thinned this offseason; of course, those gains may be offset by Terrelle Pryor taking over as the Raiders' quarterback.
