Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) is expected to undergo surgery to repair the torn ligaments in his toe, according to a source. He is expected to be sidelined for three to four months but should be ready for offseason workouts.

Huddle Up: Green may be limited during the offseason workouts but should be completely healthy for the start of training camp. He can be considered a No. 1 receiver in all fantasy leagues next season as long as he does not suffer any setbacks.

  • Posted: 12/3/2018 4:43pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) will be placed on the Reserve/Injured list after aggravating his toe injury during the Week 13 game.

Huddle Up: Green is expected to be sidelined for a few months but should be ready for at least training camp next season and could participate in some offseason workouts. He will be a No. 1 fantasy receiver next season. Tyler Boyd will continue to be the main option for the Bengals in the passing game and can be a No. 2 receiver most weeks.

  • Posted: 12/3/2018 12:51pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) was spotted wearing a protective boot on his right foot Monday, Dec. 3. Head coach Marvin Lewis had no update regarding his status, however.

Huddle Up: Green fell to the field without contact while trying to begin a route early in the second quarter and immediately grabbed for his foot. He was carted off moments later and did not return. While Lewis would not provide an update, it seems extremely unlikely Cincinnati will bring him back this season in the likely event this injury will cost him more than one game. If that ends up being the case, Tyler Boyd will likely be the only Bengal receiver worth using in fantasy.

  • Posted: 12/2/2018 10:50am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) has been declared out for the rest of the Week 13 game Sunday, Dec. 2, after being carted off the field in the second quarter with a right-foot injury.

Huddle Up: A brutal blow for Green and his fantasy owners as he had just returned Sunday after missing the previous three games with a toe injury. Green's despairing reaction on the cart and the team's quick decision to declare him out are obviously not good signs. He finished the game with one reception for seven yards.

  • Posted: 11/30/2018 9:50am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) was not listed Friday, Nov. 30, on the team's Week 13 injury report.

Huddle Up: Green's fantasy owners have had to do without since Week 8, but he's ready to plug back in as a WR1.

  • Posted: 11/29/2018 11:19am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 29.

Huddle Up: Green has said he expects to play this week, but owners should know more about his status in the next few days. He will be a risky option because of the injury and new quarterback but can still be a No. 2 fantasy receiver in most leagues even though he will be facing a tough Denver Broncos secondary.

  • Posted: 11/28/2018 1:01pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 28.

Huddle Up: Green is expected to play barring a setback over the next few days. Green's presence lowers Tyler Boyd's ceiling a tad, but both have to be started when healthy. Temper expectations should for Green, though, as he's coming off the injury and could be facing Chris Harris Jr. most of the game.

  • Posted: 11/28/2018 8:40am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) said he'll play in Week 13 against the Denver Broncos.

Huddle Up: Green appears healthy, which is the good news. The bad news is he has Jeff Driskel throwing to him now. History says Green is a WR2, but he might not be up to that level for a week or two.

  • Posted: 11/24/2018 8:42pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) will not play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 12, according to a source.

Huddle Up: With Green out once again, Tyler Boyd should continue to be busy. He saw 11 targets against the Baltimore Ravens last week and should be a solid WR3 with a similar workload against Cleveland.

  • Posted: 11/24/2018 9:15am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) has been downgraded to doubtful for the team's Week 12 game.

Huddle Up: Green likely will miss at least one more week because of his injury but could return in the near future. Tyler Boyd will continue to be the main option in the passing game and can be a No. 2 or No. 3 fantasy receiver.

  • Posted: 11/23/2018 9:20am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) was spotted at practice Friday, Nov. 23, but only watched the team walk-through.

Huddle Up: There was optimism Green would go earlier in the week, but it appears that was false hope. He reportedly said he'd talk the media if he was playing and declined to do so Friday. Head coach Marvin Lewis refuses to rule out Green out, however, as he told Bengals.com's Geoff Hobson his top receiver could still practice Saturday and suit up Sunday. Either way, we should have a better idea about his status in a few hours when the Bengals release their official injury report.

  • Posted: 11/22/2018 2:01pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 22.

Huddle Up: Green probably will have a miss another week because of the injury, but owners should keep an eye on the status to make sure. Tyler Boyd is probably the only Bengals receiver that owners should consider starting this week.

  • Posted: 11/21/2018 1:31pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 21, although per an earlier report there is a good chance he plays in the Week 12 game against the Cleveland Browns.

Huddle Up: Green checked out well after meeting with a specialist, but circle back around Friday for his official injury report designation. It's likely he'll be questionable, and perhaps a game-time decision, so have alternates at the ready just in case. If he plays, though, he could carve up a rather porous Cleveland pass defense.

  • Posted: 11/20/2018 7:42pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) has a 'good chance' to play in Week 12 against the Cleveland Browns barring any setbacks following his recent visit with renowned foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson.

Huddle Up: Green made the trip with the team to Baltimore and tested his toe out during pregame warmups in Week 11, suggesting he was close last week. The Bengals need their best offensive weapon back in the worst way, in part because the defense is falling apart and in part because he opens things up so much for Joe Mixon and Tyler Boyd. If he avoids any setbacks and is cleared to go against the Cleveland Browns in Week 12, owners should not hesitate to plug Green right back into their lineups.

  • Posted: 11/18/2018 8:10am ET

Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) is not participating in pregame warmups prior to Week 11's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Huddle Up: It is becoming increasing likely that Green will be held out of the game, which is not surprising given that he was listed as doubtful on the injury report. Tyler Boyd is likely to benefit the most from Green's potential absence from a fantasy standpoint, although TE C.J. Uzomah and WRs Josh Malone, Alex Erickson and John Ross could see additional targets as well.

  • Posted: 11/18/2018 7:03am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) will be a game-time decision for Week 11's game against the Baltimore Ravens, according to a source. Green made the trip to Baltimore and will participate in pregame warmups to determine if he will be able to play.

Huddle Up: Green has been sidelined since injuring his toe in Week 8's game against Tampa Bay and was listed as doubtful on the injury report. If he is unable to suit up, expect Tyler Boyd to see the most targets this afternoon, although he is more effective with Green in the lineup.

  • Posted: 11/17/2018 8:49pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) is not expected to play against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 11, according to a source.

Huddle Up: With Green sidelined again, Tyler Boyd will be the top target in the passing game. However, he has had more success playing across from Green this year.

  • Posted: 11/16/2018 10:27am ET

Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) on Friday, Nov. 16, had his Week 11 status changed from out to doubtful by the team.

Huddle Up: The door has been left open a sliver so Green's fantasy owners will need to check back before kickoff Sunday to be sure, but still don't count on having him available.

  • Posted: 11/16/2018 9:56am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) has been ruled out for Week 11 versus the Baltimore Ravens.

Huddle Up: Head coach Marvin Lewis raised a few eyebrows earlier in the week when he said he hoped Green would play this week, but the expectation all along has been that he would miss at least two games and possibly the rest of the month. Tyler Boyd figures to lead the Bengals in receiving again this week and can be used as a WR3 in most leagues.

  • Posted: 11/15/2018 9:16am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) remained absent from practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

Huddle Up: It is widely expected that Green will miss at least one more game, paving the way for Tyler Boyd and John Ross to see an increased target share. You're starting Boyd, and Ross is a decent sleeper choice, although the matchup versus the Baltimore Ravens is not ideal.

  • Posted: 11/14/2018 5:21pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis is 'still hopeful' he'll have WR A.J. Green (foot) back on the field for the team's Week 11 game Sunday, Nov. 18, versus the Baltimore Ravens.

Huddle Up: It seems a lot more likely than not that Green will remain out through Week 11, as his injury has kept him sidelined for only one game thus far when his original timetable called for him to miss more time than that. Either way, he's a WR1 whenever he gets back, but his owners should begin preparing for another week without Green's services.

  • Posted: 11/11/2018 8:07am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) has been ruled out for Week 10 and is not expected to play in Week 11, according to sources.

Huddle Up: Owners should monitor Green's practice participation next week to see if he will have any chance to play in Week 11. Tyler Boyd and C.J. Uzomah would see more targets than usual if Green sits again and could be starting options in all leagues.

  • Posted: 11/5/2018 12:14pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) will not need surgery on his injured foot, but he will miss at least two games before his foot is re-evaluated to determine when he can play again, according to a source.

Huddle Up: The fear was that Green would be out for the rest of the year, but overall this is good news. Fantasy owners won't have him for at least two weeks, though, so those in deeper leagues may want to add John Ross or Andrew Erickson if they're available.

  • Posted: 11/4/2018 11:43pm ET

Updating previous reports, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) is expected to miss multiple games due to a toe injury suffered in Week 8, according to a source. As noted, Green is set to meet with a specialist during the week, and the team remains hopeful that Green can avoid surgery.

Huddle Up: This is obviously bad news for Green, who is the centerpiece of Cincinnati's offense and a legit No. 1 fantasy wideout. While you should keep an eye out for the results of his appointment you should be proactive looking for possible replacement options on the waiver wire.

  • Posted: 11/4/2018 8:12am ET

Updating previous reports, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) is scheduled to visit foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in Green Bay during the bye week, according to multiple sources.

Huddle Up: It remains to be seen if Green will need to undergo surgery or miss any playing time but he did not seem to be overly concerned about the injury several days ago. He should be viewed as a WR1 if he is active for Week 10's game against the New Orleans Saints.

  • Posted: 10/30/2018 7:25pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green's (toe) foot is in a walking boot to protect a toe injury, but Green said he expects to be fine.

Huddle Up: Green is optimistic about his status, and he also has the bye week to give him time to heal. Assuming he is healthy, he will be a WR1 against the New Orleans Saints in Week 10.

  • Posted: 10/30/2018 9:22am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) was seen in the team's locker room Tuesday, Oct. 30, wearing a walking boot on his right foot.

Huddle Up: Green played a full game Sunday, finishing with five receptions for 76 yards and a TD, but apparently injured the foot on his final catch of the game. There is no indication, though, that this is anything overly serious, and it comes at the right time with the Bengals on a bye in Week 9.

  • Posted: 10/28/2018 4:49pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green finished with five receptions for 76 yards and a touchdown on seven targets in the Week 8 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Huddle Up: It was Green's first visit to the end zone since Week 4. He started with five touchdowns in his first four games, but he has just one score in the past four. While his scoring is down, his yardage is way up. He remains fantasy elite heading into Week 10 after the team's bye.

  • Posted: 10/21/2018 9:48pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green turned 14 targets into seven catches for 117 yards in Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Huddle Up: Green was about the only thing that was working for the Bengals in Arrowhead Stadium. He had over 100 yards in the first half alone, but he faded along with the rest of the offense in the second half. As he has in previous years, the 30-year-old has proven he can excel even when Andy Dalton struggles to maintain consistency, which was the case in this contest. Owners should have no problem firing him up as a top-five overall receiver play against the woeful Tampa Bay Buccaneers secondary in Week 8.

  • Posted: 10/19/2018 1:52pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (not injury related) was able to practice in full Friday, Oct. 19 and he was lifted from the injury report ahead of the Week 7 game with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Huddle Up: Green has the chance to blow up against the Chiefs, who rank 31st in the NFL with 340.3 yards per game allowing through the air. They have also yielded 31 pass plays of 20 or more yards, so fantasy owners should expect a big night.

  • Posted: 10/18/2018 11:37am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (non-injury) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 18.

Huddle Up: Green probably was receiving some time off during practice and will be fine for Week 7. He should have another favorable matchup this week and can be a No. 1 receiver in all fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 10/14/2018 2:52pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green posted seven receptions for 85 yards on 12 targets in Week 6 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Huddle Up: It was a pretty productive day, although fantasy owners will ultimately be disappointed that he didn't get into the end zone. He remains a must-start fantasy option heading into Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

  • Posted: 10/7/2018 2:47pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green caught six passes for 112 yards against the Miami Dolphins in Week 5.

Huddle Up: Green has been targeted at least eight times in every game this season and was able to post his first 100-yard game of the season. He should have a favorable matchup next week and can be a No. 1 fantasy receiver in all leagues.

  • Posted: 9/30/2018 2:35pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green posted four receptions for 78 yards and a touchdown on eight targets in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons.

Huddle Up: Green had a mostly mediocre stat line until he hauled in a 13-yard game-winning touchdown with :07 left in regulation, making his fantasy owners smile with the late heroics. He remains an obvious fantasy must-start heading into Week 5 against the visiting Dolphins.

  • Posted: 9/28/2018 12:06pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (pelvis) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 28, and is not on the injury report for Week 4.

Huddle Up: Green has been targeted at least eight times in all three games this season and will continue to be the main option in the team's passing game. He should be considered a weekly No. 1 receiver in all leagues.

  • Posted: 9/27/2018 11:54am ET

Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (pelvis) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 27.

Huddle Up: Green appears to be on track to play in Week 4 as long as he does not suffer a setback. He has recorded four touchdowns in the first three games and should be a No. 1 fantasy receiver in all leagues.

  • Posted: 9/27/2018 10:54am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (pelvis) said Thursday, Sept. 27, that he feels great and will practice for the second straight day.

Huddle Up: It looks like Green's fantasy owners can breathe a sigh of relief after the wideout checked out early in the second half of Week 3 and didn't return despite being listed as probable. If Green does play Week 4, he's a WR1 in what could be a shootout in Atlanta.

  • Posted: 9/26/2018 2:43pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (pelvis) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Sept. 26 due to a pelvis injury.

Huddle Up: Green was shaken up in last week's game, but he was still able to record at least five receptions for the third consecutive outing. He has four touchdowns over three games this season and is an obvious must-start when healthy. We'll get a better picture of his available Friday, but right now there is little concern he'll be ready in Week 4.

  • Posted: 9/26/2018 10:34am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (groin) aggravated a college injury but is expected to play this weekend. Head coach Marvin Lewis said Green has been taking anti-inflammatory medication that is 'clearing everything up.'

Huddle Up: Green appears to be good to go as long as there aren't any setbacks or complications. Tyler Boyd has come of age, but Green is still Andy Dalton's go-to guy. Continue to view him as a WR1.

  • Posted: 9/23/2018 2:15pm ET

Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (groin) said Sunday, Sept. 23 that the groin injury he suffered in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers isn't serious and he expects to play in Week 4.

Huddle Up: Green is aiming to play in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons, and he could have a giant stat line if he is indeed ready. However, beat writer Paul Dehner Jr. noted that RB Joe Mixon said the same thing about his injury last week, and he was inactive in this one. If Green is unable to go, Tyler Boyd might step up again and absorb Green's targets.

  • Posted: 9/23/2018 11:49am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (groin) is dealing with a groin injury suffered in the first half of the Week 3 game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, Sept. 23. His return is probable.

Huddle Up: Something obviously to keep an eye on with Green entering the week with four TD receptions and catching five passes for 58 yards through early in the third quarter.

  • Posted: 9/13/2018 8:32pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green caught five passes for 69 yards and three touchdown receptions Thursday, Sept. 13, against the Baltimore Ravens.

Huddle Up: Green is a WR1 in all formats when he and Andy Dalton are both healthy. The Bengals will face the Carolina Panthers in Week 3.

  • Posted: 9/9/2018 1:28pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green hauled in six receptions for a game-high 92 yards and a touchdown in the Week 1 game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Huddle Up: Green and Andy Dalton were on the same page as usual, opening with a tremendous start for fantasy owners. Next up the Bengals will host the Ravens on Thursday night in Week 2. Green was limited to seven catches and 91 yards with no touchdowns on 20 targets in two games against Baltimore in 2017.

  • Posted: 8/26/2018 2:51pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green caught four passes for 50 yards and a touchdown in the team's third preseason game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Aug. 26.

Huddle Up: Although he was shadowed by Bills' standout cornerback Tre'Davious White for the most part, Green had little trouble standing out in this one - including a 14-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter. Green's weekly consistency is lacking at times, but he's about as good of a bet to finish as a fantasy WR1 in 12-team leagues as anyone. If John Ross is successful in drawing some coverage away from him as the Bengals hope, Green may return to his 10-score ways earlier this decade.

  • Posted: 8/16/2018 6:50am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green feels great and says he runs the most of anybody in practice at age 30. 'I ain't an old man,' Green said. 'I've always got juice. I've had it for a long time. I'm not going anywhere any time soon.'

Huddle Up: Green is a productive receiver, but he hasn't reached 90 catches or 1,300 yards since 2013. His 75-1,078-8 season was good last year, but it's hard to see him improving on that. He's a WR1 in fantasy, but there are more attractive options.

  • Posted: 8/9/2018 6:40pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green caught both of his targets for 48 yards against the Chicago Bears in the preseason Thursday, Aug. 9.

Huddle Up: Green caught two passes of 20-plus yards and then called it a night. He's one of the steadiest fantasy options at his position and safe bet to be a midrange WR1.

  • Posted: 7/6/2018 8:33pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green said he feels he had a 'crummy' 2017 season but expects more consistency this year.

Huddle Up: Even in what he considered a down year, Green finished with 1,078 yards and eight touchdowns. It wouldn't be a surprise to see him improve on his 2017 numbers after the Bengals upgraded their offensive line this offseason, and Green should be a dependable WR1 regardless.

  • Posted: 5/30/2018 6:44pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (leg) did not finish practice Tuesday, May 29, after suffering a minor leg injury during practice but said he will be fine.

Huddle Up: Green may not do much for the next few weeks but should be a full participant during the June minicamp. He is one of the top receivers in the NFL and will be a No. 1 fantasy receiver in all leagues.

  • Posted: 1/11/2018 8:29am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (knee) will not play in the Pro Bowl due to a knee injury. The injury requires rest, and he will not miss any time in spring workouts.

Huddle Up: Green delivered a 75-1,078-8 season, but that production feels pretty hollow after two dominant seasons in 2012-13. He turns 30 in July, and last season feels about as good as it's going to get for him. He's a low-end WR1 possibility come draft day.

  • Posted: 12/24/2017 4:11pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green finished with six receptions for 81 yards on 10 targets in Week 16 against the Detroit Lions.

Huddle Up: It has been a somewhat disappointing season for Green and his fantasy owners, and he is likely to slide on draft day slightly in 2018 as a result. He has managed just three 100-yard games with one game to play, although he has posted eight touchdowns and went over 1,000 yards receiving again on Sunday.
