San Francisco 49ers WR Marquise Goodwin is more than just a deep threat, according to WR Jeremy Kerley. 'Working with him for the last two or three months, he's an all-around receiver and he knows what he's doing,' Kerley said.

Huddle Up: Goodwin figures to open the year as the No. 2 receiver in San Francisco. His big-play speed and the promise of ample playing time make him worth a flier as a WR5.

  • Posted: 12/24/2016 6:42pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley posted five receptions for 62 yards on nine targets in the Week 16 game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Huddle Up: Kerley has five receptions in each of his past three games, emerging as a decent WR4 in deeper PPR formats.

  • Posted: 11/20/2016 10:19pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley was targeted six times in the Week 11 game against the New England Patriots but he was held without a catch.

Huddle Up: Kerley's fantasy production has been erratic and this was rock bottom. He cannot be trusted outside of the deepest of fantasy leagues heading into Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins, a team he is familiar with from his days with the New York Jets.

  • Posted: 11/13/2016 9:48pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley posted seven grabs for a team-high 71 yards and a touchdown in the Week 10 game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Huddle Up: Kerley looked sharp in his first two games in October, but tailed off once Colin Kaepernick took over as the starter. Finally Kerley and Kaep jelled nicely. Kerley should still be treated as a WR4 in all fantasy leagues heading into Week 11 against Philadelphia.

  • Posted: 11/6/2016 10:12pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley posted three receptions for 22 yards in the Week 9 game against the New Orleans Saints. He was targeted six times.

Huddle Up: Kerley has struggled over the past three games with Colin Kaepernick at the helm, and it doesn't look like a change is coming anytime soon. Kerley faces the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10. He posted eight grabs for 102 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets Oct. 6 against the Cards, but that was also with Blaine Gabbert under center. Avoid Kerley in all but the deepest of fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 10/23/2016 10:02pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley posted just two catches for 15 yards in the Week 7 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was targeted just five times.

Huddle Up: Kerley appeared to be on his way to fantasy relevance 14 grabs for 190 yards and two touchdowns in Weeks 5 through 6. However, the team made a quarterback switch and Kerley's value has plummeted, as he has just four grabs for 27 yards over the past two games. Avoid.

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 21, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.

Huddle Up: Kerley was limited to 12 yards in his first game with Colin Kaepernick as the starting quarterback but could be more involved in the passing game this week. He could be a flex option in deeper leagues but could also be benched if owners have better options.

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley (ankle) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Oct. 19.

Huddle Up: Kerley was held to 12 yards in the team's Week 6 game but should still have a solid role in the pass game. He will have a favorable matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and can be a flex option in deeper leagues.

  • Posted: 10/16/2016 2:05pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley caught two passes for 12 yards against the Buffalo Bills in Week 6.

Huddle Up: Kerley had a big role in the passing game in the previous two games but was quiet in Week 6. He should still receive targets moving forward but should only be a flex option in deeper leagues.

  • Posted: 10/15/2016 10:29am ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley is expected to remain the focal point of the passing game despite head coach Chip Kelly's recent decision to change quarterbacks, according to ESPN's Nick Wagoner.

Huddle Up: The question was never whether or not Kerley should remain the focal point - he's been the best receiver on the team by a wide margin - but whether or not Colin Kaepernick has the accuracy to hit him over the short and intermediate areas of the field. One of the strengths of Kelly's offense is its ability to open up the middle of the field, which is where Kerley often works. He has a difficult matchup this week against the Buffalo Bills, but likely negative script will probably allow him to pad his likely WR3 numbers.

  • Posted: 10/13/2016 5:17pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Oct. 13.

Huddle Up: If Kerley is able to suit up, he is a WR3 in Week 6 in PPR formats.

  • Posted: 10/8/2016 8:13pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley played every offensive snap against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 5, and his 26 catches this season are twice as many as any other player on the team and 17 more than any other receiver.

Huddle Up: Kerley has emerged as the top option in a lackluster San Francisco passing attack. He should be owned in all formats and starting in PPR leagues.

  • Posted: 10/6/2016 9:06pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley finished with eight catches for 102 yards and a touchdown in a 33-21 loss to the Arizona Cardinals Thursday, Oct. 6.

Huddle Up: Kerley has clearly become Blaine Gabbert's top option, and he has 14 grabs for 190 yards and two scores in the last two games. He should be owned and starting in PPR formats.

  • Posted: 10/5/2016 2:55pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 5, and is listed as questionable for Week 5.

Huddle Up: Kerley may be a game-time decision, so owners will need to check the inactive list to see if he will play. He has become one of the top receivers for the 49ers and could be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option for owners if he is active.

  • Posted: 10/4/2016 2:31pm ET

San Francisco WR Jeremy Kerley (ankle) was limited during practice Tuesday, Oct. 4. The 49ers only had a walk-through practice Tuesday, so this is an estimation.

Huddle Up: Kerley leads the 49ers in targets with 32 this season, and he's turned them into 202 yards on 18 receptions with a score. He's a potential starting option in PPR formats because of his target share in the offense, but the fantasy floor is low. Kerley caught just five passes for 53 yards combined in Weeks 2 and 3, after all.

  • Posted: 9/17/2016 7:16pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley played 54 of 81 offensive snaps and led the team with 11 targets in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Rams.

Huddle Up: Slot receivers have enjoyed a lot of success in Chip Kelly's offenses, and Kerley enjoyed a solid game despite joining the team late in the preseason. He is a must-add in PPR formats and could emerge as a WR3.

  • Posted: 9/12/2016 10:34pm ET

San Francisco 49ers WR Jeremy Kerley hauled in seven receptions for a team-best 61 yards in the Week 1 game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Huddle Up: Kerley is still learning Chip Kelly's offense after arriving late in training camp from the New York Jets. If he can learn quickly and continue to jell with Blaine Gabbert, he might be worth a look in deeper fantasy leagues.
