New England Patriots RB Sammy Morris was limited during the team's practice Thursday, Nov. 19.
The Huddle Take: It appears that Morris is not yet all the way back from his knee injury; that means Laurence Maroney remains as the team's feature back for now.

New England Patriots RB Sammy Morris (knee) was limited in practice Friday, Nov. 13. He is listed as questionable for Week 10 and will be a game-time decision.
The Huddle Take: It appears likely that Morris will be out at least another week but the Patriots could certainly use him back in the offense as soon as possible. When healthy Morris is a solid No. 3 running back with upside and capable of breaking nice runs with most defenses concentrating on New Englands high-octane passing game.

The Boston Globe reports New England Patriots C Dan Koppen (knee) and RB Sammy Morris (knee) were seen walking around the locker room Monday, Nov. 9. Neither seemed to have noticeable limp when walking.
The Huddle Take: It's far too early to tell whether or not Morris will have any shot at playing against Indianapolis this week. If he does, he'll take carries from the suddenly Fantasy relevant Laurence Maroney.

The Boston Herald reports New England Patriots RB Sammy Morris is likely to return in two weeks, which means he could be back Nov. 22 against the New York Jets.
The Huddle Take: Laurence Maroney has been handling the bulk of the workload with Morris out and should continue to do so until Morris returns.

The Boston Globe, reports New England Patriots RB Sammy Morris (knee) suffered a knee injury during the team's Week 6 game.
The Huddle Take: The extent of the injury to Morris' knee has yet to be determined but certainly gives another blow to the running game especially with Fred Taylor already out of action with an injury of his own. New England will likely turn to Laurence Maroney to handle the bulk of the carries for the Patriot offense going forward.
