Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald finished the 2016 season with 107 receptions, which was the most in the NFL.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has finished each of the last two seasons with at least 100 catches and has accomplished the feat four times in his career. He may consider retirement this offseason, so owners will need to monitor his situation. Fitzgerald can be considered a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues if he decides to play in 2017.

  • Posted: 1/14/2017 8:05pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald hasn't committed to playing in 2017, and head coach Bruce Arians said he won't try to convince Fitzgerald to return because the decision to play should be his call.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald led the NFL with 107 catches this season, so there is no question he can still produce. If he returns, he is a WR2 candidate with added value in PPR formats.

  • Posted: 12/30/2016 3:11pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 30, and is not on the injury report for Week 17.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been receiving plenty of targets over the past month but has been held to 31 yards or less in two of the last three games. He has also gone 10 games without a touchdown, which has hurt his fantasy value. Fitzgerald can still be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option because of his role in the passing game.

  • Posted: 12/29/2016 7:37pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) returned to practice and was a full participant Thursday, Dec. 29.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald's production has slipped in recent weeks, but the targets are still there. He could easily be a WR3 against the Rams in Week 17.

  • Posted: 12/28/2016 5:48pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 28.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been fairly quiet over the last few weeks and has been held to 31 yards or less in two of his last three games. He has been targeted at least nine times in three of the last four games and can be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option in leagues.

  • Posted: 12/24/2016 5:55pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald posted four receptions for 31 yards on his four targets in the Week 16 game against the Seattle Seahawks. He has back-to-back seasons with 100 or more catches for the first time in his career, and he has reached the mark four times in his career.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald needs 20 yards in Week 17 to go over 1,000 yards for the eighth time in his career. He will face the Los Angeles Rams on the road in the regular season finale.

  • Posted: 12/18/2016 7:54pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald was uncertain about whether he wants to return and play in the 2017 season. 'We'll see what's going on this offseason?but right now my attention is solely focused on Seattle Saturday,' he said Sunday, Dec. 18.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald is still playing at a high level and he has been a strong fantasy option more often than not. He had seven receptions for 57 yards on nine targets in Week 15.

  • Posted: 12/16/2016 7:57pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) was a full participant in practice Friday, Dec. 16, and isn't listed on the Week 15 injury report.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald logged a full session after resting earlier in the week, and Carson Palmer's favorite target should be a high floor WR2 against the Saints in Week 15, especially in PPR formats.

  • Posted: 12/15/2016 6:45pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) returned to practice and was a full participant Thursday, Dec. 15.

Huddle Up: The release of Michael Floyd should further entrench Fitzgerald as the go-to option in the passing attack. He should be safe to deploy as a low-end WR2 against the Saints in Week 15.

  • Posted: 12/14/2016 5:46pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 14.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald was held to 12 yards in his last game but has been a consistent receiver for fantasy owners this season. He will have a favorable matchup this week and can be a No. 3 receiver in all leagues.

  • Posted: 12/11/2016 5:19pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald posted three receptions for 12 yards in the Week 14 game against the Miami Dolphins. He was targeted a game-high nine times.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald had 60 or more receiving yards in 10 of his 12 games this season, so this really hurt fantasy owners. He hasn't visited the end zone in eight games dating back to Oct. 6, so he should be treated more as a WR3 at this juncture of the fantasy season.

  • Posted: 12/9/2016 3:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 9, and is not on the injury report for Week 14.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been a consistent producer for owners over the last month or so but has not found the end zone lately. He should be considered a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in all fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 12/8/2016 2:18pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) participated fully in practice Thursday, Dec. 8.

Huddle Up: Despite a down year for the Cardinals, Fitz has shown his all-too familiar consistency. He does have more value in PPR leagues, but he should be considered a WR2 in both standard and PPR formats this week, especially with John Brown likely seeing limited snaps.

  • Posted: 12/7/2016 4:05pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 7.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald is still being targeted often during games this season and is posting solid receiving yards but has gone seven games without a touchdown. He should be a decent No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in all fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 12/2/2016 7:09pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) was a full participant in practice Friday, Dec. 2, and is not listed on the Week 13 injury report.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has managed at least 60 yards in nine of 11 games this season, and he should be a reliable WR2 against Washington in Week 13.

  • Posted: 12/2/2016 5:24am ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald may be shadowed in the slot by Washington Redskins CB Josh Norman in Week 13.

Huddle Up: Fitz is having a 78-802-5 season in what has validated his renaissance at age 33. The Redskins present a midrange matchup, and Fitzgerald is a solid WR2 this week.

  • Posted: 12/1/2016 7:49pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) returned to practice and was a full participant Thursday, Dec. 1.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been one of the more dependable receivers this season. He should be in the WR2 mix against Washington in Week 13, especially in PPR formats.

  • Posted: 11/30/2016 4:57pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 30.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been a consistent option for fantasy owners but has gone six games without a touchdown. He should still be considered a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in all fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 11/27/2016 1:39pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald caught four passes for 53 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald was held to under five passes for the first time this season but did catch all four targets thrown to him. He has been a reliable fantasy option this season and should continue to be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver for owners.

  • Posted: 11/25/2016 1:49pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (not injury related) practiced in full Friday, Nov. 25.

Huddle Up: His status for Week 12 isn't even in doubt. And even though quarterback Carson Palmer has been trending down as of late, it hasn't messed with Fitzgerald's notable consistency, meaning he should remain in all fantasy starting lineups. The 33-year-old is also overdue to get back into the end zone, having not scored since Week 5.

  • Posted: 11/24/2016 7:57pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) returned to practice and was a full participant Thursday, Nov. 24.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald's safe floor keeps him in the mix as a WR2 most weeks, and he has WR1 upside in Week 12 in what should be a high-scoring game against the Falcons.

  • Posted: 11/23/2016 3:30pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has caught at least six passes in each of the last six games but has not caught a touchdown in the last five games. He will continue to be a main factor in the passing game and can be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 11/18/2016 3:28pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (ankle, knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 18, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has caught at least five passes in every game this season and has at least 10 catches in each of the last two games. He should be a No. 2 receiver in all fantasy leagues as long as he is active.

  • Posted: 11/17/2016 5:55pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee, ankle) returned to practice and was a full participant Thursday, Nov. 17.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been one of the more reliable receivers this season, and despite a touch matchup against Minnesota in Week 11, he is no worse than a WR3.

  • Posted: 11/16/2016 2:37pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee, ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Huddle Up: The Cardinals won't want to push Fitzgerald too hard. He may not practice this week, but that doesn't mean he won't play. If he is ruled out then Michael Floyd and John Brown will receive immediate boosts. Floyd, in particular, would be an intriguing play in daily formats even against a quality pass defense in the Minnesota Vikings.

  • Posted: 11/14/2016 11:29am ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) is 'sore', but head coach Bruce Arians is hopeful the veteran wideout can practice this week. Arians believes Fitzgerald will be available Week 11 against the Minnesota Vikings.

Huddle Up: The result of Fitzgerald's MRI have yet to be released, but it appears Arians believes Fitzgerald escaped Week 10 with serious injury. The veteran wideout reportedly told a San Francisco 49ers defender during Sunday's win that he 'tore something', and he also missed time with a rib injury in addition to nearly falling on his head a bit later. Owners need to keep an eye on the 33-year-old, but they can breathe a sigh of relief for now. He remains a solid WR2.

  • Posted: 11/13/2016 10:45pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) said Sunday, Nov. 13, after the Week 10 game against the San Francisco 49ers that his knee was sore and he will have an MRI Monday, Nov. 14. Beat writer Kent Somers speculates he might have a sprained medial collateral ligament.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald left the game briefly, and it appears it was due to a neck or head injury. It turns out he tweaked his knee, too. We'll monitor the tests and injury report and let you know how to proceed heading into Week 11 against the Minnesota Vikings. Michael Floyd and JJ Nelson would be the biggest beneficiaries if Fitz was forced to miss time.

  • Posted: 11/13/2016 8:51pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald pulled down 12 receptions for 133 yards on 18 targets in the Week 10 game against the San Francisco 49ers. It was his 42nd career 100-yard receiving game. He also became the third-youngest player in NFL history to reach 14,000 yards receiving, and he moved ahead of former 49ers WR Terrell Owens for sixth place on the all-time list for receptions.

Huddle Up: The reports of Fitzgerald's fantasy demise were greatly exaggerated, as he continues to be a productive player in all formats. He'll look to keep it cooking in Week 11 in Minnesota.

  • Posted: 11/13/2016 3:07pm ET

Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (neck) was able to return for the second half of the Week 10 game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald landed on his head/neck late in the second quarter and was taken to the locker room for evaluation. Apparently everything checked out fine.

  • Posted: 11/13/2016 3:06pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (neck) appeared to land on his neck late in the second quarter of the Week 10 game against the San Francisco 49ers and he was taken to the locker room for evaluation.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald had seven catches for 56 yards in the first half on 11 targets, so he has been a fantasy stud. More on the injury when details emerge.

  • Posted: 11/11/2016 5:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (ankle) was listed as a limited participant in practice Friday, Nov. 11, and he is expected to play in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald posted six grabs for 81 yards and two touchdowns in the first matchup with the 49ers back in Week 5. He is a solid low-end WR2 in all fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 11/10/2016 6:59pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 10.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been steady all year, and he is a strong WR3 with WR2 upside in Week 10 against a struggling San Francisco defense.

  • Posted: 11/9/2016 6:00pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 9.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald had a week to recover from his ankle injury and should be able to play in Week 10. He has posted at least 70 yards in three of his last four games and has at least six catches in all of those games. He should be a fine No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in all leagues.

  • Posted: 10/31/2016 1:07pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (ankle) suffered a low ankle sprain in Week 8. Head coach Bruce Arians said Fitzgerald could practice next week and should play in Week 10 following the Cardinals' bye.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has remained Carson Palmer's go-to man despite targets being stolen from John Brown, J.J. Nelson and Michael Floyd. Continue to view Fitzgerald as a low-end WR1 to high-end WR2, assuming he doesn't aggravate the injury over the next two weeks.

  • Posted: 10/30/2016 2:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald caught 10 passes for 74 yards against the Carolina Panthers in Week 8.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been targeted at least seven times in every game this season and has 19 receptions over the last two games. He has not posted more than 81 yards in any game this season but should still be a solid No. 2 receiver in point-per-reception leagues.

  • Posted: 10/17/2016 9:23pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald finished with a game-high six receptions for 49 yards in the Week 6 game against the New York Jets. He was targeted nine times.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald's yardage total was a season low, but he has at least five receptions in each of his six games. He remains a force in fantasy formats which reward points per receptions (PPR). He also has five scores in six games to help fantasy owners in standard formats, too.

  • Posted: 10/6/2016 8:51pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald finished with six catches for 81 yards and two touchdowns in a 33-21 win over the San Francisco 49ers Thursday, Oct. 6.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald remained the go-to option in the passing game with Drew Stanton under center, leading the team in targets, catches and yards. He is locked in as a WR2.

  • Posted: 10/2/2016 10:01pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald posted five receptions for 62 yards in the Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Rams on seven targets.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald is averaging 61.0 yards per game over his past two outings after averaging 79.0 yards per game in the first two contests, and he has zero touchdowns over the past two after scoring three times in the first two. Still, he remains a strong low-end WR2 play in most fantasy formats.

  • Posted: 9/30/2016 12:14pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald has compiled 153 receptions for 1,785 yards and 16 touchdowns in 24 career games against his Week 4 opponent, the Los Angeles Rams. That number ranks him second on the all-time list for most receptions against one opponent, only trailing former WR Jerry Rice.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been his usual steady self thus far in 2016, hauling in 20 catches for 218 yards and three touchdowns through the team's first three ballgames. Based on his track record versus the Rams, he could be in for another big outing Sunday. The future Hall-of-Famer is shaping up to be a pretty safe WR2 option.

  • Posted: 9/29/2016 7:29pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Sept. 29.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been Arizona's steadiest option in the passing game, and he should be a low-end WR2 or high-end WR3 in Week 4.

  • Posted: 9/28/2016 6:51pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) was listed as a full participant in practice Wednesday, Sept. 28.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald appears to be good to go for the Week 4 game against the Rams in Glendale. Los Angeles ranks 17th in the league against the pass, allowing 266.0 yards per game with four passing scores allowed through three games. Treat Fitz as a low-end WR2 heading into Week 4 in most fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 9/25/2016 2:22pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald caught seven passes for 60 yards against the Buffalo Bills in Week 3.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has been targeted at least 10 times in each of the first three games of the season and continues to be a reliable option for fantasy owners. He should be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver most weeks.

  • Posted: 9/23/2016 4:00pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 23, and is not on the injury report for Week 3.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has started off the season strong with 13 receptions, 158 yards and three touchdowns. He will continue to be a focal point in the passing game and should be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in all fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 9/22/2016 5:14pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Sept. 22.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has remained Carson Palmer's top target to start the season, and he is a solid WR2 against a Buffalo secondary that was shredded last week.

  • Posted: 9/21/2016 2:40pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 21.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald has dealt with the knee injury for the past several weeks but likely will be ready for Week 3. He is off to a tremendous start and should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 9/16/2016 4:39pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 16, and is not on the injury report for Week 2.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald will have his usual role in the passing game despite the injury and should receive a good amount of targets during the game. He should be considered a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in most leagues.

  • Posted: 9/15/2016 8:47pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Sept. 15.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald is on track to play against Tampa in Week 2, and after showing he is still Carson Palmer's top target with a two-touchdown performance in the opener, he has WR2 upside.

  • Posted: 9/14/2016 4:52pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 14.

Huddle Up: Fitzgerald should be fine for Week 2 but is receiving some rest during the practice week. He recorded 81 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1 and should be a No. 1 or No. 2 receiver in most fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 9/11/2016 7:39am ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald has reportedly told people close to him that 2016 will be his final season.

Huddle Up: The 33-year-old veteran continued to perform at a high level in 2015, reeling in 109 passes for 1,215 yards and nine touchdowns during the regular season and adding 12 receptions for 206 yards and a touchdown in the playoffs. He should be viewed as a low-end WR2 or high-end WR3, with added value in PPR formats.

  • Posted: 8/28/2016 1:02pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) will be sidelined against the Houston Texans Sunday, Aug. 28.

Huddle Up: It's not uncommon for veterans to sit even for the preseason dress rehearsal, especially if they're not fully healthy. Fitzgerald should be ready for the regular season opener, though, and should be drafted as a low-end WR2 to high-end WR3 with added value in PPR formats.
