Free-agent PK Ryan Longwell (Vikings) and PK Neil Rackers (Redskins)
are among the kickers the Seattle Seahawks will be working out this
week because of the injury to PK Steven Hauschka (calf).
Huddle Up: Even though Hauschka was able to come back in and covert some FGs
and extra points after being injured in Sunday's wild-card win, look
for the Seahawks to leave nothing to chance and trot out a new PK
this Sunday in Atlanta.

The New England Patriots brought in free-agent PKs Billy Cundiff, Graham Gano and Neil Rackers for workouts Wednesday, Oct. 31. It's uncertain if either is a serious threat to PK Stephen Gostkowski, or just being look at in the event of an emergency.
Huddle Up: Gosty has missed a couple kicks this season, but there's been no indication his job is in jeopardy and the test drives are likely a combination of a wake-up call for Gostkowski and the Patriots being ready should something happen down the stretch. However, if you've been banking on Gosty as your fantasy kicker you at least need to take the position off auto-pilot. With the Patriots on the bye this week you're already adding a fill-in kicker; maybe he'll turn out to be a longer-term plug in than originally anticipated.

The Washington Redskins released PK Neil Rackers Monday, Aug. 27, according to a league source.
Huddle Up: Graham Gano wins the placekicking battle in Washington. Rackers may have made it to some fantasy rosters; if one of them was yours, how about switching over to big-legged Justin Tucker, who won the job in Baltimore?
