ESPNews reports Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub (knee) will start in Week 14. QB Sage Rosenfels will be Schaub's backup against the Green Bay Packers.
The Huddle Take: Well, so now it looks like Schaub will start Sunday. Make sure you bench Rosenfels if you've had him in your starting lineup.

The Associated Press reports Houston Texans QB Sage Rosenfels was 14-for-24 for 200 yards with a touchdown and an interception during the team's Week 13 game.
The Huddle Take: The real story here is that Matt Schaub was dressed for the game, an indication that he could have played if Rosenfels had been injured or ineffective. There's a very good chance Schaub will be starting in this week's game.

The Associated Press reports Houston Texans QB Sage Rosenfels was 23-for-38 for 294 yards with a touchdown and an interception during the team's Week 10 game.
The Huddle Take: Houston found the offense out of sync in Week 10 against Baltimore and Rosenfels had a hard time finding consistency. With starter Matt Schaub out for a few more weeks things should get a little better in Week 11 as the Texans battle the Colts but Rosenfels has always been a gunslinger and will throw as many if not more interceptions than touchdowns. Hopefully your fantasy team will have better options for the coming weeks.

FOXSports.com reports Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub (knee) has a torn medial collateral ligament and will likely miss at least one month if the team does not decide to put him on Injured Reserve. QB Sage Rosenfels will take over as the starting quarterback.
The Huddle Take: Hopefully you weren't relying on Schaub as your No. 1 quarterback, but more as a valuable bye week backup. Rosenfels has Andre Johnson and Kevin Walter to throw to, so he'd be worth a look as a free agent pickup.

NFL.com reports Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub (knee) did not start the second half of the teams Week 9 game. Schaub was limping around after injuring his left knee. He was replaced by QB Sage Rosenfels.
The Huddle Take: Another QB goes down and more fantasy owners groan. Schaub, like Orton, has been playing well of late and has been putting up solid fantasy numbers. We don't know exactly what the prognosis will be, but anything with a knee isn't likely to be a quick fix. Rosenfels will have some value if he's available in the likelihood that Schaub misses extended time.
