New York Giants TE Larry Donnell scored three of his six touchdowns in Week 4 in 2014 and failed to find the end zone over his final six games of the season.

Huddle Up: Donnell's productivity decline essentially mirrored the ascendance of WR Odell Beckham Jr. and that could very well carry over into 2015, particularly if wideout Victor Cruz returns from his knee injury and also joins the target mix. Regard Donnell as a TE2 for now.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell (Achilles') missed a good chunk of organized team activities (OTAs) due to an Achilles' problem. If the injury lingers, it could open the door for TEs Jerome Cunningham and Adrien Robinson to see more responsibilities in the passing game. However, long term the team feels Donnell is still on the upswing, or has plenty of upside.

Huddle Up: Donnell finished with 63 receptions for 623 yards and six TDs to finish as the 11th-best fantasy TE last season, but did most of his damage in the first half of the year while WR Odell Beckham Jr. took over late. He's a borderline TE1 prospect for this coming season, and his health in training camp and the preseason could be a deciding factor.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell has been dealing with tendinitis in his Achilles' tendon, which is why he is wearing a boot.

Huddle Up: The injury isn't believed to be serious, so no worries just yet. But if Donnell continues to be bothered by the injury in July and August, it'll be time to move him down the fantasy rankings.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell has been working on improving as a blocker during the offseason.

Huddle Up: Tom Coughlin makes it pretty simple: if Donnell is a better blocker, he'll be on the field more. And that means more opportunities to put up fantasy points. And that's a good thing.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell was on a Delta Airlines plane that skidded off the runway at La Guardia airport Thursday, March 5. Donnell was not injured in that incident.

Huddle Up: Great to hear as it was certainly a scary sight as it appears the plane skidded to a stop just yards from the water.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell didn't record a catch in the Week 5 game Sunday, Oct. 5, and received one target. The Atlanta Falcons paid extra attention to him in the game.

Huddle Up: Donnell's performance thus far has him on opposing defenses' radars as well as fantasy radars; now it's up to Donnell to adjust to the adjustments.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell is on pace to finish the year with 100 catches, 944 yards and 16 touchdowns. The single-season record for touchdowns by a tight end is currently 17.

Huddle Up: The third-year undrafted TE started strong with 5 receptions for 56 yards in the opener and hasn't let up, notching at least 6 targets and 5 receptions in each of his 4 games. His size (6-5, 269) presents big problems for defenses, particularly in the red zone, and expect Eli Manning to keep taking advantage.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell caught six passes on six targets for 40 yards and three touchdowns in the first half of the team's Week 4 game Thursday, Sept. 25. He finished with 8 targets, 7 receptions and 54 yards.

Huddle Up: Donnell now leads the Giants with 25 catches and 4 scoring grabs and has definitely moved from intriguing TE2 to must-start range. He's a big target who'll continue to draw passes from Eli Manning, but also realize he'll now have the full attention of opposing defenses after this breakout bonanza.

New York Giants TE Larry Donnell caught five passes for 56 yards and a touchdown Monday, Sept. 8 in a 35-14 Week 1 loss to the Detroit Lions.

Huddle Up: The second-year undrafted free agent was the surprise receiving leader for the G-Men, garnering a team-high 8 targets and finishing with more catches and and yards than WRs Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle (4-25) combined. Overall, though, the poor performances from 2013 and the 2014 preseason carried over into a dismal passing night (144 net yards, 2 interceptions) for the Giants' passing attack.
