Green Bay Packers general manager Ted Thompson said there is no evidence of DE Julius Peppers slowing down, even at 34 years old. 'Well, 34 is not so old,' Thompson said. 'Not for some of us. There's no evidence of any decline in his play, in our opinion. He still has the same athletic traits that he had coming out. He's had a remarkable history in the NFL in terms of durability. We're looking forward to it. I think he is, too.'
Huddle Up: According to game logs, Peppers has missed only 6 contests in 12 NFL seasons -- and none since 2007 -- and his 2013 numbers (7.5 sacks, 46 total tackles) are right at or just below his career season averages. Doesn't appear a precipitous drop is forthcoming this fall.

The Green Bay Packers agreed to terms with DE Julius Peppers (Bears) on a three-year contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Peppers stays within the division and is reunited with some familiar defensive coaches from his Carolina days as the Packers hope they have upgraded their pass rush.
