Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill will be the starting running back over RB Giovani Bernard for the team's Week 15 game against the Cleveland Browns. The Bengals have used a tandem approach with Hill and Bernard otherwise, with the two backs often alternating series. Bernard's snap counts have been near equal to Hill's in the last three weeks after returning from injury. Offensive coordinator Hue Jackson favors a one-back system. 'I'm used to having one guy kind of dominate some carries because, in order for backs to be really good, they've got to get lathered up to play,' Jackson said. 'You've got to get a feel for the game.'

Huddle Up: Great news for Hill owners, but on the flip side, it sounds like anything but for the Bernard crowd, and it might be time for the latter group to seriously weigh its other starting options Sunday.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill criticized the team's game plan against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 13, and offensive coordinator Hue Jackson responded by saying Hill needs to block better and break more tackles.

Huddle Up: Not the wisest of moves by the rookie, and his fantasy owners can only hopes it doesn't lead to a short-term reduction in PT, especially with fellow back Giovanni Bernard getting healthier.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill is likely to get a bulk of the carries in Week 12 against the Houston Texans, according to beat writer Geoff Hobson, despite the return of RB Giovani Bernard (clavicle, hip). Offensive coordinator Hue Jackson indicated Wednesday, Nov. 19, that Bernard will be eased back into the process.

Huddle Up: Makes sense for the team to handle Gio with kid gloves, and Hill has certainly demonstrated his ability to successfully handle a larger workload.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill (elbow) returned to the team's preseason finale Thursday, Aug. 28, after being evaluated in the locker room at halftime. He finished the game with 20 carries for 90 yards and six catches for 70 yards.

Huddle Up: The injury scare obviously was just that, and the second-round pick capped off a strong preseason with his best performance yet. Giovanni Bernard is still the man in Cincy, but Hill will see his fair share of touches.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill left the team's preseason game Thursday, Aug. 28, with a right-elbow injury and is questionable to return.

Huddle Up: Potentially significant fantasy impact here as the second-round pick is in line to back up Giovanni Bernard after an impressive preseason. Stay tuned.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill could see some carries with the first-team offense in the third preseason game Sunday, Aug. 24.

Huddle Up: The second-round pick leads all Cincy RBs this preseason with 65 total yards on 11 touches and definitely should be the second Bengals' RB coming off the boards in fantasy drafts behind, of course, Giovanni Bernard.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill (shoulder) returned to practice Tuesday, Aug. 19.

Huddle Up: The second-round draft pick has shown some productive flashes with 11 touches for 65 yards this preseason, but things are far from settled in the Cincy backfield with incumbents Giovanni Bernard, BenJarvus Green-Ellis and Cedric Peerman all still in the mix for touches as well. See how Hill's week goes and if he's able to give it a go in Cincy's third preseason tilt Sunday night in Arizona.

The Cincinnati Bengals like the way RB Jeremy Hill ran against eight- and nine-man boxes in college. He'll complement Giovani Bernard in that regard.

Huddle Up: Hill, the second RB off the board in this year's draft, is expected to take over BenJarvus Green-Ellis' No. 2 RB role and, if so, would be in line for the majority of the goal-line carries.
