Huddle Up: Kelce had a breakout season a year ago with 67 receptions for 862 yards and five TDs to finish eighth among TEs with 116 fantasy points and should be even better this year with an upgraded K.C. WR corps to help deflect defensive attention.

Huddle Up: Kelce was a 2014 sleeper who lived up to -- or at least came close to -- breakout expectations, finishing eighth among TEs with 116 fantasy points. Kelce could also receive an additional boost if the Chiefs finally add some competent WR help this offseason.

Huddle Up: Kelce has been dealing with nagging injuries all season but hasn't missed a start. The Chiefs' run-heavy offense, though, is limiting his targets and he's had only 5 catches for 56 yards and no scores over the last two games.

Huddle Up: Kelce's workload will most definitely increase if fellow TE Anthony Fasano is unable to play Sunday with a knee injury having kept him out of practice so far this week.

Huddle Up: Kelce has been dealing with the rib issue for several weeks now but hasn't missed a start. He has a favorable Week 9 matchup against the Jets, who allow the fourth most fantasy points to opposing TEs.

Huddle Up: You can continue to count on Kelce, who leads K.C. in targets and has scored in 3 of the last 4 games.

Huddle Up: Kelce has taken it slow so far this week, but there's no indication that he's in any danger of missing Sunday's game against the Rams. Stay tuned, though ...

Huddle Up: Kelce's fantasy points have increased in each outing this season and he's now a bona fide TE1 in all leagues, especially given the relative dearth of reliable pass-catching options in K.C.

Huddle Up: Kelce has the talent to be a fantasy factor, especially in an Andy Reid offense, so it would behoove him to get healthy and on the field sooner rather than later if that fantasy impact is to come in 2014.

Huddle Up: Kelce, K.C.'s 3rd-round pick a year ago, spent his rookie season on IR due to a preseason knee injury but he has some definite pass- catching promise as evidenced by his 45-catch, 722-yards, 8-TD collegiate final season at Cincinnati in 2012.
