The Baltimore Sun, reports Baltimore Ravens RB Willis McGahee said he is not upset about the lack of playing time he is seeing and said that RB Ray Rice is playing well for the team. Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron said McGahee would get more touches if the team got more snaps during games.

The Huddle Take: Sounds like McGahee is resigned to the fact that Ray Rice is the starter and future of the Baltimore rushing attack. It would be hard to imagine McGahee getting alot of carries going forward and the team could be looking to trade the former starting runner at some point in the future. Only time will tell but in the meantime fantasy owners should only consider McGahee worthy of starting as an injury replacement.

Edward Lee, of The Baltimore Sun, reports Ravens RB Willis McGahee had one carry for a loss of two yards and a four-yard reception during the team's Week 5 game. McGahee acknowledged after the game he was a little confused about his role with the offense. McGahee said, "I don't know what's going on. I was only in there for a little bit. You would think it would have been better than that, but it is what it is." McGahee did point out that RB Ray Rice was performing well and that there was no reason to take him out of the game.

The Huddle Take: McGahee is the Ravens' designated scorer, and Baltimore took only two snaps in the red zone all game so those opportunities were extremely limited. There are no guarantees, but it's likely the Ravens will have more red zone action down the road and McGahee will see a few more touches.

The Associated Press reports Baltimore Ravens RB Willis McGahee had seven carries for 67 yards with two touchdowns during the team's Week 3 game.

The Huddle Take: McGahee now has six touchdowns on the year. While Ray Rice may be seeing more touches, McGahee is thriving in his role as the Ravens' designated scorer.

The Associated Press reports Baltimore Ravens RB Willis McGahee had 15 carries for 79 yards with two touchdowns Week 2. He also caught two passes for 10 receiving yards.

The Huddle Take: Both of McGahee's touchdowns were of the short-yardage variety, indicating he's still the team's goal line back. However, the 15 carries suggest he's getting more involved in Baltimore's base offense as well.

CBSSports.com reports Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice will take carries away from RB Willis McGahee and FB Le'Ron McClain, including in the red zone. Rice will also be heavily used out of the backfield for screen passes.

The Huddle Take: We knew Rice would catch a lot of screen passes, but this development raises Rice's Fantasy stock even higher, while obviously lowering those of McGahee and McClain significantly. Think of Rice as a solid No. 2 Fantasy back, and maybe even a lower-end No. 1.

CBSSports.com reports Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice worked with the first-team offense in 11-on-11 drills during practice Tuesday, Aug. 18. RB Willis McGahee worked with the second unit.

The Huddle Take: Whoever gets the nod, he'll be a "starter" in name only. Rice, McGahee and LeRon McLain will all see a lot of playing time this season.

Jason La Canfora, of The NFL Network, reports Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice will start the team's preseason opener Thursday, Aug. 13, over RB Willis McGahee.

The Huddle Take: Rice has been running with the ones for the bulk of the offseason, so this comes as no surprise. And with the Ravens averaging 37 rushing attempts per game last year, odds are there will be enough carries for multiple Baltimore backs this season.

Jamison Hensley, of The Baltimore Sun, reports Baltimore Ravens RB Willis McGahee did not participate in practice Wednesday, July 29. It does appear McGahee will come off the Physically Unable to Perform list shortly. He did some running on the sidelines during practice.

The Huddle Take: McGahee has been dealing with lingering knee and ankle issues this offseason; meanwhile, Ray Rice has been stealing his starting job.

The Baltimore Sun reports Baltimore Ravens RB Willis McGahee (knee, ankle) is expected to come off the physically unable to perform list no later than Thursday, July 30, according to head coach John Harbaugh. 'We want to make sure Willis' knee doesn't swell up,' Harbaugh said. 'We want to make sure he can take the pounding of a workout and see how he responds.'

The Huddle Take: As stated previously, McGahee should be able to play once the regular season starts. However, he'll be sharing carries in a crowded Baltimore backfield, which should reduce his Fantasy impact significantly.

ESPN.com reports Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice has a great chance to start this season due to injuries to RB Willis McGahee (knee, ankle).

The Huddle Take: Even if Rice is named the "starter" his Fantasy impact will be damaged by the likelihood Baltimore will employ a three-back attack. LeRon McClain and McGahee will see significant action and take carries away from Rice.
