The Cowboys announced today that they have re-signed Hamlin. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Huddle Take: This development definitely shores up the Cowboy secondary. The big question is whether or not Dallas will try and convert CB Anthony Henry to the other safety spot and give Roy Williams some competition. The corner slots are looking solid with Adam Jones - assuming he's fully reinstated, of course - and Terence Newman, with impressive rookie Mike Jenkins from South Florida slated to be the main backup.
