Cincinnati Bengals WR Mohamed Sanu confirms he's 100 percent and has no nagging pain.

Huddle Up: Sanu suffered a foot injury late in 2012, just as he was emerging as a legitimate WR2 opposite A.J. Green. If healthy, Sanu has to be viewed as a definite sleeper candidate.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Mohamed Sanu (foot) is running routes after getting cleared early in February. 'It's great. It feels good. I've been working out and running,' Sanu said this week during an interview about his experience at least year's NFL Scouting Combine. 'I've been running routes for a while and it feels good.' Sanu missed the last six games of 2012 with a stress fracture in his foot.

Huddle Up: Sanu was just coming on before sustaining his foot fracture in practice prior to Week 13, having caught a combined 4 TD passes in what turned out to be his final 3 games of the season. The Bengals are counting on the second-year player in 2013 as they need a threat opposite Pro Bowler A.J. Green.

Updating an earlier report, Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said WR Mohamed Sanu (foot) could be out for the season after he suffered a stress fracture in his foot Thursday, Nov. 29. He'll have surgery Monday, Dec. 3.

Huddle Up: An unfortunate end to Sanu's season just as he was breaking out. To be fair, his four touchdown catches came on just 11 total catches for 98 yards over the past three games—he was due for a regression—but anyone who picked him up will have to look elsewhere. Brandon Tate and Andrew Hawkins should pick up his slack.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Mohamed Sanu has emerged as a great red zone target for QB Andy Dalton to take attention away from WR A.J. Green. Three of Sanu's four touchdowns have come with WR Andrew Hawkins (knee) out, and three of Sanu's TDs have come on third downs. Sanu has eight third-down catches in his four starts. He has gone ahead of WRs Brandon Tate and Armon Binns on the depth chart. 'He's awesome in the red zone,' offensive coordinator Jay Gruden said. 'In zones he has a great feel for finding the holes and man-to-man he's got a big body (6-2, 210) where he can create separation for himself. He's everything we hoped he would be. It just took us too long a time to figure it out I guess.'

Huddle Up: The Bengals' offense is showing it's much more than WR A.J. Green with BenJarvus Green-Ellis and the ground game cranking up and the emergence of Sanu, who is currently riding a three-game TD-catch streak. The opportunities should continue to be plentiful for Sanu, too, as Green remains the focus of opposing defenses.
