New England Patriots TE Benjamin Watson was limited in practice Thursday, Oct. 15.
The Huddle Take: Watson is looking at a very nice matchup with the Tennessee secondary, but he'll need to be on the field to take advantage. If he's limited the Patriots aren't shy about using other tight ends, so make sure Watson gets in a full practice on Friday before you trust him with a starting gig on your fantasy squad.

Monique Walker, of The Boston Globe, reports New England Patriots TE Benjamin Watson suffered a head injury during the team's Week 5 game.
The Huddle Take: Watson scored on one of his two catches in the game, but down the stretch the Patriots were forced to use Michael Matthews in his place. The tight end position has been a fantasy producer for the Pats thus far this year, so fantasy owners will want to know if Watson will be available or if Chris Baker or Matthews will be filling that role.

NESN.com speculates New England Patriots TE Benjamin Watson and TE David Thomas may compete for a roster spot on the team's final roster.
The Huddle Take: That's a bit odd, considering the fact that Watson is listed as the No. 1 tight end on the Patriots depth chart, according to the team's Web site. Barring injury or a surprising lack of performance in training camp, you have to think Watson will be the man come the start of the season. He's averaged nearly four touchdowns per season since 2005, but his TD numbers fell from six in 2007 to two last season.
