Dallas Cowboys LB DeMarcus Ware (knee) did not participate in practice Monday, Dec. 1. He expects to practice later in the week while wearing a brace.
The Huddle Take: All indications are that Ware will be able to play against Pittsburgh, in a game where the Cowboys will need all hands on deck. Ware has been a sack machine this season, and Ben Roethlisberger has been under siege most weeks.

The Dallas Cowboys have announced the MRI done on LB DeMarcus Ware (knee) revealed no ligament damage. He will receive treatment this weekend and will be day-to-day next week.
The Huddle Take: Another bit a great news for Dallas as star linebacker Demarcus Ware got favorable MRI results and should be back on the field barring any setbacks as early as Week 14. Ware was a force for the Cowboys in the Thanksgiving Day game against the Seattle Seahawks and is the heart and soul of an improving defensive unit.

The Associated Press reports Dallas Cowboys LB DeMarcus Ware (knee) was forced to leave the team's Week 13 game in the third quarter with a sprained left knee. He recorded three sacks in the game, giving him a league-high 15 on the year.
The Huddle Take: Ware was having a tremendous game for Dallas before exiting with the knee injury as Dallas thumped the Seahawks 34-9. The veteran linebacker did manage to earn the galloping gobbler award for the game which was given to the MVP of the contest. Fantasy owners in IDP leagues that have Ware shoud monitor his injury status for the next few days to determine the extent of the injury. If he is unable to play then Justin Rogers would likely start in his place.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports Dallas Cowboys LB DeMarcus Ware said he wants at least 15 sacks this season or one more sack than New York Giants DL Osi Umenyiora. Umenyiora was a teammate of Ware's at Troy.
The Huddle Take: Fantasy owners should expect nice things from Demarcus Ware as he has become the heart and soul of a very good Dallas defense. He is a solid playmaker and the sky is the limit for him in his upcoming fourth NFL campaign. With the addition of long-time Dolphin Zach Thomas to a group that consists of Marcus Spears, Greg Ellis and Chris Canty, this has all the makings of a defensive unit that should be as good as they come. Fantasy owners looking to land a solid defense should look no further than "Big D" this year.
