Les Bowen, of the Philadelphia Daily News, reports Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg said WR Reggie Brown will play in the team's Week 16 game and may start. Brown has been inactive for the last two games.
The Huddle Take: Kevin Curtis will likely be limited with a calf injury, and Hank Baskett will likely miss this week's Washington game. This obviously opens the door for Brown to not only play, but to get quite a few opportunities to catch the ball opposite DeSean Jackson.

Philadelphia Eagles WR Reggie Brown (groin) was limited in practice Friday, Oct. 24, and is questionable for Week 8.
The Huddle Take: Kevin Curtis and DeSean Jackson will get the lion's share of opportunities if Brown can't go this week against Atlanta.

The Associated Press reports Philadelphia Eagles WR Reggie Brown had six receptions for 79 yards during the team's Week 4 game.
The Huddle Take: Brown is working his way back into the lineup after being hampered by a hamstring injury through the early stages of the season. Reggie hasn't yet emerged as Philly's go-to receiver, but with Kevin Curtis expected back soon and DeSean Jackson carrying the load thus far maybe all the Eagles need is for him to be a solid complimentary part.

During his press conference Friday, Sept. 26, Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid was asked if he planned to use WR Reggie Brown more Week 4. Reid said, "We should be able to, yeah. Reggie should be able to get more reps than what he had last week. I mentioned before, I thought it was important that Reggie came out healthy and that he felt pretty good coming out of [the game vs. Pittsburgh]."
The Huddle Take: Anyone who's had Brown on their team in the past knows from painful experience that, even if Brown gets more looks, that doesn't mean he'll be able to do anything with them. Only grab Brown if you're desperate for a third receiver this week.

Philadelphia Eagles WR Reggie Brown (hamstring) practiced Friday, Sept. 19, and is considered probable for Week 3.
The Huddle Take: Brown shouldn't affect the production of DeSean Jackson, who should be considered the Eagles' true No. 1 receiver, but he probably will cut into Greg Lewis' opportunities. Brown isn't a reliable fantasy option, even in Philadelphia's explosive offense. If you start him, realize that you never know what you're going to get with the guy.

The Philadelphia Daily News, reports Philadelphia Eagles WR Reggie Brown (hamstring) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 18. He likely will play Week 3, but he may not start the game.
The Huddle Take: Sounds like the Eagles are easing Brown back onto the field but don't expect much out of the Philadelphia No. 1 wideout. Especially since the Eagles seem to be clicking on all cylinders without having him on the field. Brown makes a nice No. 3 wideout for fantasy rosters but only when he is clearly back on the field full time.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports Philadelphia Eagles WR Reggie Brown (hamstring) did not play in the team's Week 2 game because of a hamstring injury. He may be able to play Week 3.
The Huddle Take: After seeing DeSean Jackson, it would behoove Brown to get his butt back on the field ASAP, lest he lose his de facto No. 1 receiver position. Make sure the guy can get through an entire game, though, before you think of grabbing him off the scrap heap.

PhiladelphiaEagles.com reports Philadelphia Eagles WR Reggie Brown (hamstring) was feeling better Monday, Sept. 9, and might practice Thursday, Sept. 11, according to head coach Andy Reid. Reid added if Brown is ready, he might start the team's Week 2 game.
The Huddle Take: Lets think about this. You're kind of 'slightly injured' and on the fence but end up not playing, then the three backup receivers all have hundred yard receiving days. Yeah, you're better in a hurry. Brown got a bit of a fire lit under him and very well should play this week. After McNabb's performance in week one, Brown could be a very nice start in week 2.

Philadelphia Eagles WR Reggie Brown (hamstring) did not practice Friday, Sept. 5, and is doubtful for the team's Week 1 game.
The Huddle Take: With Curtis out and Brown not likely to go, look for Jason Avant and Hank Baskett to be the go to guys this week. Even if the team chooses to go with Brown at the last minute, it wouldn't appear that he'd make it through the entire game anyway.
Posted: 8/18/2008 8:50pm et
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said WR Reggie Brown (hamstring) will not participate in practice Monday, Aug. 18. Reid said he believes Brown is getting better.
The Huddle Take: Brown is a low round roster filler who will have a couple of nice games to go with spot play the remainder of the year, but the longer he's out with the nagging injuries the longer it will take to get his timing with McNabb worked out. Hopefully he'll be out on the field within the week.
