AZCardinals.com reports Arizona Cardinals RB J.J. Arrington may be the team's primary backup at running back for the rest of the season.
The Huddle Take: The writing's not just etched on the wall for Edgerrin James, it's written in permanent ink. He'll likely not see the field the rest of the season unless Arrington or Tim Hightower are injured.

According to WRAL.com, Arizona Cardinals running back J.J. Arrington was arrested Tuesday on charges of disorderly conduct. The running back was involved in a fight at the
D & I Event Center in Rocky Mount and is being held at the Nash County Jail.
The Huddle Take: Since Arrington is currently third on the Cardinals depth chart behind starter Edgerrin James and backup Marcel Shipp, his encounter with law enforcement may make it even more difficult to secure a roster spot for 2008. Arrington is not worthy of a spot on any fantasy rosters at this point and may find it difficult in remaining in the NFL after this latest news.
