The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports the Minnesota Vikings have re-signed unrestricted free-agent LB Heath Farwell to a three-year deal worth $7.75 million. The contract also has $3.25 million in guarantees.
The Huddle Take: Farwell was looking for a team that would let him contend for a regular linebacker spot; instead, he returns to the Vikings where he is one of the few special teams bright spots.
