The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports four of the Packers' restricted free agents could receive a low tender offer worth $1.01 million. WR Ruvell Martin, S Jarrett Bush, LB Jason Hunter and FB John Kuhn could all receive the low tender.
The Huddle Take: Martin is at best competing with James Jones and Jordy Nelson for the third and fourth receiver spots, so it's unlikely the Pack will go overboard with an aggressive tender offer.
