The Tennessean reports Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White (illness) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 13. He is listed as probable for Week 10 and is expected to play.

The Huddle Take: White has been a massive disappointment this season, and is likely on the free agent pile in a lot of leagues. However, he could have some value this week against a horrible Bills rush defense if the Titans use White to spell Chris Johnson for carries inside the 10-yard-line.

The Tennessean reports Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White (illness) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 12. He is considered questionable for Week 10.

The Huddle Take: If White can't go, fullback Ahmard Hall will likely get goal line opportunities against the Bills. But that's assuming No. 3 RB Javon Ringer can't play. As of now he's iffy with a bad back. If Ringer can go, he would be the one who would likely get the short-yardage looks. This bears watching, especially in TD-only leagues, as Hall or Ringer could be a good free agent pickup against the Bills' horrible run defense.

The Tennesean reports Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said RB Chris Johnson and RB LenDale White will continue to receive the majority of the carries even though RB Javon Ringer performed well in Week 6.

The Huddle Take: It's interesting Fisher would make that choice, since White has shown next to nothing this season. Still, even if White does share the load the only Titan worth Fantasy consideration remains Johnson.

The Tennessean reports Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White (knee) suffered a knee injury in Week 6 and did not return. White walked out of the locker room on his own power after the game, but declined to discuss the injury.

The Huddle Take: White has been an absolute non-factor this season, and will likely be one even if healthy. And after leaving the New England game, that health is in serious question.

CBSSports.com reports Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White (undisclosed) was carted off the field with an undisclosed injury and has not returned to the team's Week 6 game.

The Huddle Take: The injury to White appeared to be a knee injury which will need to be evaluated further on Monday. RB Chris Johnson is the starter for the Titans but White offers him a solid change of pace power option. Fantasy owners should keep an eye out for updates on this situation as more information becomes available.

Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White (illness) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 2. He is listed as probable for Week 4 and is expected to play.

The Huddle Take: White finally showed a pulse in Week 3 and scored a touchdown. He's worth holding on to for a while, but don't count on him in your starting lineup until he begins to show some consistent, prolonged production.

Gary Estwick, of The Tennessean, reports Tennessee Titans RBs coach Earnest Byner said RB LenDale White knows what weight White has been successful at in the past. "He knows his body, when he starts to feel weak," Byner said of White and his weight loss this offseason. Byner said White needs to be aware of losing too much weight, too, as it can hurt White's strength. According to Byner, he had a situation when he played football where he lost too much weight and people were able to knock him over too easily. Byner believes that is something White needs to be aware of.

The Huddle Take: First they pile on LenDale because he's too heavy; now they're concerned because he's not heavy enough. White should be plenty big by the time the season rolls around, though he may be taking the absence of the "thunder and lightning" moniker a little too seriously.

Jim Wyatt, of The Nashville Tennessean, reports Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White said he will stick with his strict diet during his time off before training camp. "I am not going to let it all go to waste, not the way I feel. My body feels good--my knees, my ankles, everything feels great out there. And I am trying to keep it that same exact way. So whatever I have to do, I am going to maintain. And when I check into camp (my weight) won't be nothing over 230," White said.

The Huddle Take: Regardless of weight, White will still be the between-the-tackles portion of the Titans' running game combo. However, better training habits might help keep him healthy if he does need to pick up a larger share of the workload.

LenDale White is considered questionable for this week's game with Houston due to a knee problem. He had to sit out practice Wednesday and Thursday and was limited in Friday's practice.

The Huddle Take: This one sort of came out of left field. We'll keep a close eye on what develops with White over the next couple of days, but it appears that you may have to consider another option at running back. If White doesn't go, Chris Johnson owners could be in store for a bonanza, seeing how the Titans are playing Houston, and the Texans give up nearly 130 yards per game on the ground. Make sure you check back with us through the weekend, and check our Game Day Inactives feature on Sunday morning, which will give you plenty of time to make a roster adjustment if it becomes necessary.

The Associated Press reports Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries in the team's Week 13 game.

The Huddle Take: White, who has complained about the amount of carries he has been receiving in the offense got several attempts in Week 13 against the Lions as the Titans crushed Detroit 47-10 on Thanksgiving Day. With rookie Chris Johnson getting the majority of the carries this season expect White to return to getting about 10-15 carries a game for the rest of the year. He should be considered no better than a No. 3 running back for fantasy teams.
